This location consistently makes awful soup. I love Panera soup but if I have never had a good cup of soup from this location. It’s always extremely watery.

My coworkers and I always order from Panera, today was the first time there was a mistake with our order. Alec from Panera helped us out and had wonderful customer service! 🙏🏻

I ordered $50.00 worth of food for drive through pickup and they didn't include a SINGLE side. I was supposed to get 2 bags of chips and there was none! NOR was there any silverware or napkins. And I was 10 minutes past pick up time so they had PLENTY of time to double and even triple check items. Absolutley insane to me as someone who also works retail!

This has to be one of the cleanest and friendliest Panera that I have been to. The service is fast and really cater to their guests needs. Typically for a franchise food outlet, goal is to sell number of meals. Here, overall they are friendly and attentive. I would recommend the staff and management to keep up the efforts.

We typically like Panera, but experienced very slow service at a time when there were very few customers (just after they messed up one of our sandwich orders, there is no recycling/compost here, the bathrooms were not clean, and there was no coffee readily available (though they did brew me a cup).

Had ordered a take out of Mediterranean veggie sandwich and creamy tomato soup today. Online ordering system said that they were out of French Baguette and chips will be added to the order instead.
As we opened the package, the chips were not to be found. We called up the store and the manager Alex was apologetic and asked us to pick up the chips before they closed. When we dropped by for the chips, to our pleasant surprise, Alex not only handed over the chips in a bag, he also handed us a good number of orange scones and a pastry!
Overwhelmed, happy and wanted to give a thumbs up to my neighborhood Panera Bread for the excellent customer service! Will be back soon.

I've had mostly good experiences with advanced online orders for pickup in store. When they first opened there were some glitches and order accuracy issues but that has improved with time. Drive thru seems mostly useless as they often ask you to park and wait for someone to bring out your order. Food quality is generally very good. I miss the atmosphere of the classic Panera Bread cafe. This is a much more generic storefront. Not bad for pickup orders but doesn't entice you to stay and eat inside. Service is adequate but not noteworthy.

Very clean , respectable

My son bought me a Panera gift card and I thought that I would use it today, Easter Sunday . I ordered the entrees for me and my son and everything was delicious!. Before I knew it the food was delivered. Thank you Panera. Great service
