I went to Panera in Burlington drive-through yesterday. It was the best. It was amazing. I ordered it on the app. Everything was ready when I pulled up to the window. Everything was fresh. The staff looked very clean. It was a great experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Stopped in for breakfast. There was a bit of a wait, but all of the employees were extremely attentive from the time we walked in. Several employees apologized for the wait of the food. In my opinion when you are getting fresh cooked food a wait is expected. The one gentlemen even was gracious enough to offer our 6 yr old son a free cookie for the wait of the food. Which again was only maybe 5-10 minutes at most (not like we were waiting 30 minutes). I have visited several Paneras...
