Philly Pretzel Factory, Burlington

I was extremely satisfied for the second or third time with this specific soft pretzel factory. The owner and the employee named Ayana made it refreshingly old school with amazing customer service. Ayana especially! I remember from my last visit, she was so patient kind & cheerful, Made sure to repeat everything I asked for my order, And even when I felt bad because I was asking for too many things she very positive and said this is my job and I love my job and I could tell. I would choose this over any other Philly soft pretzel factory for the customer service alone! Ayana, you deserve a bonus!

Order the bucket of rivets Received less than a full bucket was told that was acceptable Probably won't receive what you pay for very disappointed This was at the Lumberton store.

Okay so first off I go in there couple weeks ago they don't make the cheesesteak pretzels no more they only do the little ball ones so I had to orders made I get home the inside is dried out the outside is hard so I figured I'd give it one more try today and I go in there and the owner told me no I cannot have them cooked to my own way I told him cook them for 10 minutes and give me them and I'll finish them at home so I know they're good and he told me no I was not allowed to do that they have poor customer service there so unprofessional and it's horrible

I usually come here every other week on my way home from work.Damn good hot & fresh pretzels at a great prize ?

Edit to add: I had figured the hours may have been changed due to Covid but couldn’t find that information anywhere to confirm. I only had the hours listed online and at the location. We had tried to call to confirm as well and went up to the door. We will have to try again next time we’re in the area.———Had such great experiences in the past but today I stopped by for a pretzel and was disappointed. I got there at 8am when it says they open but they weren’t yet. I sat outside for 10 minutes or so and waited before I had to get on my way to where I needed to be. No signs of life, no one answered the phone, nothing indicating they were going to open up any time soon despite 2 signs saying open and it stating 8am open time.

Always the best service & tastiest pretzels. They treat my kids & I so well. One of my favorite places in this area.

I bought them to bring home to las vegas and I will let you know
