That was a waste of time. First of all it’s a mission to find bc it’s inside Walmart, and then when you ask for 20 or 50 pretzels, your told you don’t have them, and then when you ask how long, “a really long time” that’s the new lazy employee motto.
Literally the nicest woman ever served me today. They made me a specialty pretzel even though they easily could have said “we don’t have that.” We talked the whole time I waited and she gave me a sample of Boost! For free. Great customer service!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me select a tray that was perfect for what we needed. Everything was ready and packaged when I arrived. The pretzels were very soft and and delicious.

Philly Pretzel factory is Burlington is great. Staff is awesome and accommodating. It's in a great location to pick up a quick snack while shopping. Nothing like a nice warm pretzel any time.
Friendly staff. Any time I call ahead for a large order it is warm and ready for me.

I can't eat their pretzels. Every single time I've tried them, I get horrible abdominal pain and I'll leave the rest to your imagination. Maybe it's me, but I can eat other soft pretzels without issue. 1 star from personal experience only.
