THE deli meat was very fresh and delicious. However, I had more bread than meat on my sandwich. A little disappointed that there was so little meat on the sandwich.

Went there on a sunday. The hoagie roll was a day old and was refrigerated from the previous day. The lunch meat in my old Italian was good but the role destroyed the taste of everything. I guess with the way they're selling franchises this is the kind of quality you're going to get. If you want a good stuff I guess I have to take a trip down to South Philly to the original

Three hoagies were ordered by my friend. One was a vegan hoagie. Specific details were given and they seemed disorganized. We had to tell them other customers were waiting. They were not aware. The lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh and they did not put condiments on the side. They were even tipped 5 dollars. One person got sick after eating hers. Never again. I'll go to Shoprite from now on for bigger, better and fresher.

Watched him to collect money with rubber gloves on then continue to make more sandwiches with same gloves. What the hell! Please show your employees how gloves work

Terrible!!! I can’t believe how low Primos has fallen. I’ve been eating Primos for years. Today may be my last time. The roll wasn’t even baked completely. As soon as I picked up my Bada Bing the roll completely fell apart. Ordered vinegar and oil on the side - didn’t get it.

Whoever made this sandwich didn’t give a crap about quality. Take a little pride in your work. $19 for this piece of crap sandwich that I needed to eat with a fork. I’d rather have a $6 sandwich from Wawa.

Not all Primos are the same, this one seemed a bit less impressive than some others I have been to.

Went in and ordered a whole hoagie I noticed the worker walking around on FaceTime (without gloves on) he put the phone down on the counter and put on gloves and than moved the phone off the counter and onto the slicer where he kept bending over and making his face visible to the person he was talking to but was placing my sliced meat on the same area with the phone which as we all know phones are probably as dirty as money so I canceled my order and got money back and left

While I was here last week, I miss my points on my account and while I was back this week, Ricardo helped me to find my points on my account. I appreciate it due to the fact that this was for a very personal reason and I always come here. This guy is rock when it becomes too service.

Sandwich was absolutely terrible! Bread was stale, lettuce was old, meat was super bland no flavor at all. On top of that I paid $17 for a sandwich with no drink
