There should be no reason I’m waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru and the drinks are never mixed.

The only thing consistent is the fact that they consistently make your drinks wrong. Obviously rushed, sloppy and repeatedly told they don’t have certain add ons when they do and then have to complain just for them to make the order right and have an attitude about it. Some of the staff is polite, the others are just plain rude. Thought Starbucks had a higher standard. Guess not.

Love the new setting but i loved the dark areas prior. There was more seating before.

After sitting at the drive-thru window for nearly 10 minutes, a barista tells me that my mobile order mysteriously went missing, and no one can find it. My macchiato was then rush made and was 98% steamed milk and 2% whipped cream. Espresso and caramel drizzle were nowhere to be found in the drink at all. Waste of $7. I will not be returning to this location.

I.went to this starbucks found that the young man behind the counter had a bad attitude when I asked him if he could look in there stock of coffee and he pretty much flat out refused to it's a sad day at Starbucks to have people like that working there so I went to delran Starbucks and they were very friendly and accommodating to me I will be going to felran from now on don't need someone with a bad attitude serving me

Drove out of my way to get here only to find out their temporary closed for remodeling. You can change that for the online listing but they didn’t do it says they’re open for business. Do better

I did an app order to pick up at the drive through, it was ready when I got there & just a short wait in line. Friendly staff.

Waited forever to get the wrong coffee then had to wait even longer . Would not recommend this place . Also the management was rude employees not very friendly in my experience.
