I dont do Starbucks often. But at a hockey tournament and needed a quick breakfast for the kids. Staff was amazing. Super friendly.

Not from the area, wanted to see if there was a Starbucks nearby before I made my way towards the turnpike (it's a weekday right before 8:30am, figured i could also simultaneously try to see if the rush hour lightens up 😫)

I already have the Starbucks app in my phone, so for my particular one where I live, I ALWAYS order ahead (given the option to NOT wait in a line -inside or drive thru- who wouldn't jump at the chance😆)... placed my mobile order, and when I made it here maybe 5 minutes later, it was waiting for me with this face 🥹🥹🥹(or maybe that was MY face 😆)

Since it's officially 🍁Fall Season🍂 so you know what that means: flavors de la PUMPKINNN🎃...I ordered a venti Pumpkin Spice frap, no whip (i find you get more drink that way) + a double smoked bacon sandwich... both very delicious and satisfying.

The environment here is very inviting... calm but lively (if that even makes sense, but it's true lol)... sitting here and unintentionally people watching, the patrons as well as the staff are extremely kind and friendly. The baristas have a nice flow of handling the mobile orders and the drive-thru customers with care, as well as immediately greeting the patrons that are coming inside (a great thing, not all businesses do the same)...on a rare occasion of downtime, they are prepping and assisting one another with tasks that need to be completed to make sure nothing lags behind.

Props to the management and the lovely ladies of 2601 County Road Burlington! This location will be saved in my Favorites list for sure, wishing them much success 🥰🍁🍂🎃🌻

Not understanding what happened to my local Starbucks. They had some renovations done and when they opened back up, things were never the same. For some reason, my drink is always lighter in weight and when I brought it to their attention, they said it was the whipped cream that I get on top of my hot coffee. I’ve gone back-and-forth with their people, and I suspect that they’re just not using the correct portions. The reason I feel this way is when I go to other Starbucks my drink is perfect! My daughter picked me up a cup of coffee today and I didn’t get home until half an hour later and this is how I found it, I’m not crazy!! All of the whipped cream has melted, but even if that’s the case, it should not be so low in the cup that it looks like this. Photo is untouched, this is my $6 drink!

Update: I spoke to customer service and store management. Grateful for their resolution. As a result, rating changed from 2 to 4 stars.
