Worse service. Christmas day they served my husband and son left me sitting there. I order gf chicken. 30 later said it was made wrong so they sent it back then 20 mins later they came out with the wrong order. The remade it 30 more mins again and had a gluten bun they said they forgot. Everyone was done eating I didn't get to eat. Husband got very sick off his food later that night.

Came here for my brother's birthday 12/31/25 , theresb12 people in our group, and the server couldn't get the drinks correct, had to constantly chase him down, fries were cold, my boneless wings were supposed to come out as a entree, they didnt listen came out as a appetizer, so I only got macaroni and cheese for my dinner entree, service is just crap, and there is no one here. Sad what come of this place anymore

I visited TGI Fridays today and I am beyond impressed! We were a party of 17, and the two amazing waitresses who took care of us handled everything with absolute ease. They were patient, attentive, friendly, welcoming, the list goes on. Not once did they make our large group feel like a burden. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the festive decorations, absolutely top-notch! Our entire order was perfect. Nothing was wrong or missing. Drinks, appetizers, and entrées all came out in great timing and everything tasted delicious. We asked if we could bring in cupcakes to sing happy birthday, and the manager kindly approved |super dope!| Our servers even joined in on singing “Happy Birthday,” which made the moment even more special. We had a bunch of cupcakes left over, so we shared them with the ENTIRE staff, front and back of house, as a thank-you for making our experience unforgettable. Kindness is free, and tonight it was truly shared both ways. What makes this place stand out even more is the manager, Kam, who personally came over before we left to thank us for sharing the cupcakes and for being great guests. That was the cherry on top! He didn’t have to do that, but he did and it meant a lot. Eating out was a last-minute idea, but I’m so glad we chose TGI Fridays and especially this location. The food, the atmosphere, and the outstanding service made the night a total success.

Love Fridays since I was a child myself. Every holiday its decorated so nicely. Staff is always excellent and kind. Kitchen staff does a great job every time. Thanks for years and years of delicious food and memories to come!
