Horrible service… line too long… very unprofessional.
Ordered chilli, got home and had a cup full of juice very little meat and no beans.

The black lady with the long lashes was disrespectful when I was ordering she said omg anything else and I felt rushed from the beginning to the end when I got done ordering
I had to report an extremely unacceptable incident to corporate that took place at this Wendy’s location. During my visit, the drive-thru employee became aggressive and disrespectful toward me and my partner for no reason. She threw a drink into my vehicle, spit on the drive-thru window (which is clearly visible in the attached photos), and continued calling us derogatory names while we were just trying to pick up our food.
It was obvious she had been arguing with multiple customers before us as well. She was visibly irritated about the drive-thru being backed up and took her frustration out on several people in line, leading to multiple altercations throughout the evening.
This was one of the most unprofessional and hostile experiences I’ve ever had with any restaurant. No customer should be treated this way under any circumstances. I hope management takes this situation seriously, holds this employee accountable for their behavior, and ensures this never happens again.

Food is typically good when I do get it. If you have the patience to wait in drive thru line. Expect to spend about 10 minutes waiting before they even ask if you need anything, then it’s another 10 minutes before you pay. I went to McDonald’s across the street. In and out and food was perfect

Hadn't been here and literally years, and was in the area and needed lunch. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, my experience was excellent as it always was in the past. Very friendly drive up window person, the line moved fast, and my order was perfect. Had the new Wendy's tendies and they were delicious. Burgers were good as was the chili and fries. And the fries were nice and hot! Restaurant parking lot etc or we're still clean as ever as I always remembered it.

Food seemed okay, but felt terrible afterwards (rushed to the bathroom within 30 minutes). Also most soft drinks were not available beyond Coca Cola.

ordered through the drive thru, i put my faith in this place as i was hungry after not eating all day. there was no sauce i asked for, no napkins, no straw, and stuffed everything into one bag as i ordered for two people. nobody was rude or anything, just all that being said is a no for me.

Editing to add what I sent directly to Wendy's (since they are not available on weekend days) to see how they respond: This is not the first time that there has been issues at this particular location. I am not one to take the time and effort to make a complaint however it has become necessary. An example from todays order: A burger ordered with no tomatoes and extra onions has no onions and but does have tomatoes. None of the burgers were prepared correctly. I am not sure what is going on here. Is there never a manager on duty? Or are the employees just that bad and lazy? They forget a lot of things in an order. They never forget to give you an attitude. Terrible. (See dietary restrictions for the initial complaint).
