If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and when I say the chicken was raw I mean literally a chicken breast that was uncooked was in my sandwich. If you go here please check your sandwiches and make sure the meat is cooked.

I like this Wendy’s caused is near my house but they take a long time to serve the food but other wise they ok and they don’t mess up the food like other ones I been too so I do recommend great staff too

Wendy's is my favorite place to find chilli. I love Wendy's chilli with crackers. The gentleman that took my order was such a great host. So professional but yet so friendly & accommodating. I also love my Wendy's burger, with mustard, pickles, onions, that old fashioned hamburger is still hard to beat. Thanks Wendys, for staying true blue to your trade mark. Rose Johnson

Long wait despite a short line for a mobile order which spelled out exactly what was to be on the cheeseburger and it was completely wrong. Somebody inside not paying any attention at all

Gave me the incorrect order so me and my bf came back around and informed them they had rung me up for the wrong item. I ordered spicy nuggets and they gave me a spicy sandwich with lots of toppings which i cannot eat for allergy reasons. When we pulled up to the window an older women who was wearing a GM badge was EXTREMELY rude even though my boyfriend who was talking with her was nothing but nice. He informed her of the issue and asked if we could swap it out, he even offered to just pay for the nuggets to make the transaction smoother but she got very upset and implied we were trying to scam them (for what i still don't know)? She kept implying we were trying to scam them and that it was "convenient" that we got the wrong meal and wanted the correct one? The whole interaction was very bizarre, it felt like she thought we were trying to rob her personally? Eventually after being done trying to get us to admit we were "scamming her", she said "fine whatever" and slammed the door in his face after giving him the correct order. We did not get her name but she was wearing some sort of GM pin it looked like, I don't know if she was the actual GM or just a manager but she was genuinely one of the most unhinged people ive ever encountered. Everyone on shift was very very rude but she was the definition of someone you've see arguing with the cashier at walmart because they want to use a year old expired coupon.

The man in the drive though is very rude if you don’t like your job then work somewhere else. I don’t know what his problem was lucky I was with my daughter or I would have went in there one star. The food was pretty good tho .

We did a mobile pick up order. Waited inside and the food was just sitting on the back counter not on the mobile pick up stand. They were NOT busy. My husband waited at the counter for like 5 minutes (not that long) to be acknowledged as the kitchen staff just walked by him and looked at him without a greeting or anything. I asked for no tomatoes and no pickles. There was only tomatoes on my sandwich. The food tasted old. The fries were rubbery and the nuggets were also rubbery. Like they’ve been sitting there. The coke also tasted old some how.

I'm a nurse with a short time for break and this place is close to work with great deals. The few times I've been to this establishment, the crew and the manager have been so nice and always greeted with a smile. My food is always hot and service is quick. Thanks so much for being awesome!
