ordered through the drive thru, i put my faith in this place as i was hungry after not eating all day. there was no sauce i asked for, no napkins, no straw, and stuffed everything into one bag as i ordered for two people. nobody was rude or anything, just all that being said is a no for me.

Editing to add what I sent directly to Wendy's (since they are not available on weekend days) to see how they respond: This is not the first time that there has been issues at this particular location. I am not one to take the time and effort to make a complaint however it has become necessary. An example from todays order: A burger ordered with no tomatoes and extra onions has no onions and but does have tomatoes. None of the burgers were prepared correctly. I am not sure what is going on here. Is there never a manager on duty? Or are the employees just that bad and lazy? They forget a lot of things in an order. They never forget to give you an attitude. Terrible. (See dietary restrictions for the initial complaint).

Manager always rude to employees, and if you get a baconator, expect one strip broken into 6 pieces. Every. Single. Time. At this point when I get semi adequate correct items, I go out of my way to walk in to thank them.

Best fast food experience ever. The person's tone was very business-like, but she worked fast. By the time I got to the window, it was waiting for me. The whole process (including me ordering) took a minute. And the food was exceptional. Already favorited this place

This location is an absolute joke pulled up to get a chicken Junior and a Cinnabon pull apart. They asked me to pull forward behind another car that has already been waiting as if I got a massive order. 10 -12 minutes later and three cars passing me getting their food. I walk back and asked for a refund and she continued checking out the fourth person in line.
After leaving, I came back and told them I’m getting a receipt for a refund in which the younger girl and the manager wanted to talk crap in Spanish. I speak Spanish and I said what they were saying was cute and suddenly they stopped talking😀 followed by said manager slamming the window😁 you reason by saying here are 3 people working. You need to fix your schedule not take it out on your customers! Have a great night.

Rude employees- asked for a dessert (Frosty Fusion) and they didn’t have all the ingredients. Looked at me like I was crazy when I ordered, apparently because of that? Needless to say when I chose not to complete the order, the cashier laughed at me and walked away thinking somehow this was hilarious. No, it’s missed opportunity to still sell me something… it became a moment of mediocrity because of the continued ineptitude of the staff and management of the organization at this location. I’ll be passing on going here… ever. Let it close. It already has no lighting in the evening/night, and the drive thru is painfully slow. The joke will be on Wendy’s when this place shuts down.

They do ok. But they need to start working on flavor instead trying to save money for a company that is not theirs. Or stop being to lazy. I worked on wendys before and i know that they forgot how to make a good chilly. The hot chilly is not a soup. So please stop the extra water it takes the flavor away. Lest water and more flavor. I dont pay $10-$14 for a taco salad to have water added to it when i put the chilly there. Please someone work more into this things. Sometimes even the bacon fries are wrong.
