Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena
Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one is coming to answer it. They only delivered 21 wings instead of 30 and I want some of my money back.

wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

forgot my fries gave me wrong chicken messed up my drink and no sauce. actually disappointed because i was really looking forward to this and spent my paycheck on it. i didn’t see it coming because i had ordered from here before this is so upsetting.
It's not the employees fail that this place is a mess. They try. Nowhere near enough staff. The poor layout of the store makes it a free forall for you to get you food as you compete with the door dash and Uber delivery folks. If you want to get food from here, get it delivered. Every in-store experience I have had has been a disaster and we are talking nearly a dozen times over the course of six months now. Good luck

My order was not ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. My wings were tough. Even the boneless were tough. The boneless were luke warm. I guess because the other stuff was not ready.

If you want Wingstop… Do Not come here. Four employees, all spending more time chatting than working. I spent my whole break waiting for food almost 45 minutes for eight boneless wings.

If I could rate the service here a negative 1 I would. The staff is very ill equipped to handle both cooking and customer service despite having 5 team members on. Just go to chipotle save you a trip.

It's not the employees fail that this place is a mess. They try. Nowhere near enough staff. The poor layout of the store makes it a free forall for you to get you food as you compete with the door dash and Uber delivery folks. If you want to get food from here, get it delivered.
