I've been coming to the Wingstop in Burlington since they first opened, and they've consistently delivered great food and even better service. Today was National Chicken Wing Day, and the place was absolutely packed with people taking advantage of the promotion. Despite the rush, the staff handled the chaos with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The manager, in particular, stood out-making sure things ran as smoothly as possible and that every customer felt seen...
Craig, the general manager, might be one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. We had only been waiting a short time when he came over, apologized for the delay, and generously gave us a full refund—while still bringing us our food. Everything came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Also, a big shoutout to Tyrique who took our order—he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Outstanding customer service all around!
wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.
