August 23, Today we ordered take out for ourselves and 2 other couples/friends ! Food was fantastic ! So delicious! We had eggplant parm, chicken marsala and chicken parm ! Every thing came hot , wrapped well and delivered on time! Highly recommend Buonasera as my favorite go to restaurant! Excellent service and delicious food and kind owner as well! Thank you so much!
Had lunch with a friend there last week and food was soooo good! Eggplant parm wrap was delicious and my husband enjoyed the take out chicken parm hero that I brought home ! Pretty atmosphere and good service too! Thank you! Will be back! 💕

This is an amazing restaurant. Our group made reservations for 8 but unbeknownst to us 10 extra showed up totalling 18. The staff was amazing, kind, pleasant, understanding and handled the problem without a complaint and always willing to help and serve. Love these people. The orders were taken and drinks and food served without a hitch. Also we got separate checks! Koodoos to the Chef. Amazing food and fantastic presentations. We'll worth the trip.

I’ve been around a long time, and I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. After waiting over two hours with our group of 20-something folks, we were finally seated—only to be greeted with lukewarm, soggy chicken parm and pasta that was still crunchy in the middle. The Coca Cola was flatter than a pancake and tasted like it had been sitting in the back of a fridge since Nixon was in office. To top it off, the air conditioning was broken, so we all sat there sweating through our shirts like it was the middle of July in a greenhouse. I understand large groups can be a challenge, but there’s no excuse for poor service and worse food. Buonasera might mean “good evening” in Italian, but ours was anything but.

As I am not from the area I was looking for a good restaurant for lunch for 15 near Kinnelon High School. My daughter was in a performance. I definitely chose well. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Fairly priced and great service. I highly recommend and plan to be back. Thank you!

So I got a take out meal,when I got it home it was dry and no sauce.Went back soon after to bring it to managements attention and was told he was going to fire the chef.That was a very unprofessional I will NOT GO Back THERE ANY LONGER>

I was part of a 20-person gathering. The table was set in the back of the restaurant, which provided some privacy. Wait staff were accommodating. Service was a bit slow, but it was a packed house. Great portions. Menu was fixed (2 menu choices) Food was good.
