I gave this place chances but the Coffee taste burnt and the donuts taste cold they could do better however its been a while to get a good dunkin coffee.

It is a terrible place, the staff is very aggressive I have already had 2 bad experiences, the girls in the place are very bad and one of the girls treated me very badly until she had the nerve to scream in my face and say bad words in her language and if one makes one order they ask you why
I really don't recommend this place, I don't know how the owners hire these types of people to work in this place, it's terrible.

During my most recent visit, there were about four people in line and four employees behind the counter, including the owner. While waiting, I witnessed the owner publicly berate an employee, making unprofessional comments such as, “you don’t have experience” and “how are you going to tell me the right way to do it, I went for 6 weeks training.” He even used an inappropriate analogy, saying, “if someone commits suicide, are you going to commit suicide?” This conversation was happening in public view with no professionalism at all. After enduring this for 10 minutes, I suggested the conversation take place in private, to which the owner responded by yelling at me to mind my own business and continued to be belligerent, stating that his employee made the coffee too strong. Another customer also voiced their concerns about the unprofessional behavior. The owner was yelling at us, stating that this is his business and he can do whatever he wants. This showed that if he can talk to his customers like that, this is a hostile work environment. Regardless of any mistakes an employee makes, they should be retrained appropriately with respect from both parties. We’re all human, and mistakes happen, but the way we fix those mistakes has to be done with dignity and respect, which this owner does not have for his business or his team.

Worst service EVERRRRRR! Rude, non-sociable. I said good morning.... nothing in return. No smile, just miserable. Went in this place 2xs.... never again. I felt like I was bothering them.

This place is my go-to Dunkin. Staff there are great and never get orders wrong. I come out of my way to come here while there is another close by Dunkin along my way to work everyday that I don’t recommend. This is the Dunkin you wanna go to.

Every time I come to this location my order is perfect. The coffee is always fresh, they make smaller batches so its always consistent quality. This is my go to location when travelling up 23.

I am an everyday customer of this location. I tip the cashiers always and I treat the employees with kindness. I am appalled at the way I was treated by the manager / owner. I had purchased a hot tea as l've done for years. When I got to work, it had a coffee taste mixed in with the tea. I went back after work and kindly explained how it had a coffee taste. (I am not a coffee drinker). The manager tried to humiliate me in front of the 4 or 5 customers in the store. He was so loud and tried to shame me by saying, "That is impossible; our water comes from here". (pointing to the hot water tab on the machine; he pressed the tab) He said, " See - you see any coffee?" I replied with a no. He continued his rant and said, "See - here are the tea bags - you see any coffee?". He brought more attention to his ranting and I said calmly, "Ok - forget it; just dump it and don't worry about it". Just maybe.... they accidentally poured some coffee in the cup and realized that it was supposed to be tea?? People make mistakes. It's no big deal. He made it a big deal. He did not offer a new cup of tea. For a $2 drink, is it that difficult to do the right thing? They lost my business. It's amazing how people treat each other. Always be kind.

Service is a mess. Given wrong items, given multiples (and charged) that I didn't want on multiple occasions, etc. I submitted a survey so that they could know what happened. I got a call not long after, and it seemed like they really cared to track down the info and figure out what happened. Then I get a call about a week later asking the same questions. I told them I'd already spoken to somebody and provided all the info from my last trip, based on my receipt and even verifying the info from my credit card statement. They clearly hadn't communicated internally. Then they said that they couldn't find my transaction in their system and somehow wanted me to find another way to verify date, time, etc. I have no idea what they wanted, but I can't provide any more info. They'd already wasted enough of my time at this point, and it doesn't matter because I won't be going back. There are other locations that are more inconvenient to get to but have much more reliable service.
