Terrible Experience – Never Fresh Coffee This Butler Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely awful. They always serve old coffee, and the taste is extremely bitter, like it’s been sitting there for hours. Coffee is the main thing Dunkin’ is supposed to be good at, and they can’t even get that right. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s the same disappointment every time. Completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back.

I usually love coming to this Dunkin because the service is fast and friendly, but today’s experience was really disappointing because of how the manager was treating her employees. While the two team members working the counter were polite and provided great service, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept calling one of her employees “stupid girl” and belittling her in front of customers. My friend and I even made a comment to the guy in the register asking him if she was kidding because how dare she speak to anyone like that. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unnecessary.
No matter how busy or stressful things get, no one deserves to be talked to that way—especially in front of others. The employees were doing their best and handling customers very well despite the manager’s attitude. I hope upper management takes this seriously and ensures that staff are treated with respect, because it’s not fair to them or to the customers who have to witness that kind of behavior.

Stay away from horrible place and nasty ppl took me 20 mns for a coffee light n sweet with expresso shot which no expresso was put in Two croissants and no people online and was ride when i ask where my stuff was

It is a terrible place, the staff is very aggressive I have already had 2 bad experiences, the girls in the place are very bad and one of the girls treated me very badly until she had the nerve to scream in my face and say bad words in her language and if one makes one order they ask you why I really don't recommend this place, I don't know how the owners hire these types of people to work in this place, it's terrible.
During my most recent visit, there were about four people in line and four employees behind the counter, including the owner. While waiting, I witnessed the owner publicly berate an employee, making unprofessional comments such as, “you don’t have experience” and “how are you going to tell me the right way to do it, I went for 6 weeks training.” He even used an inappropriate analogy, saying, “if someone commits suicide, are you going to commit suicide?” This conversation was happening in public view with no professionalism at all. After enduring this for 10 minutes, I suggested the conversation take place in private, to which the owner responded by yelling at me to mind my own business and continued to be belligerent, stating that his employee made the coffee too strong. Another customer also voiced their concerns about the unprofessional behavior. The owner was yelling at us, stating that this is his business and he can do whatever he wants. This showed that if he can talk to his customers like that, this is a hostile work environment. Regardless of any mistakes an employee makes, they should be retrained appropriately with respect from both parties. We’re all human, and mistakes happen, but the way we fix those mistakes has to be done with dignity and respect, which this owner does not have for his business or his team.

This place is my go-to Dunkin. Staff there are great and never get orders wrong. I come out of my way to come here while there is another close by Dunkin along my way to work everyday that I don’t recommend. This is the Dunkin you wanna go to.
