Went there for around 8pm.
The guy with dreadlock was so rude.
Gave me burnt coffee while coffee machine clearly blinking red. While i asked him he said he is about to close so he cant make new coffee.and the COFFEE IS HOT IS ITS FRESH.
He did not even gave me any receipt and while i was asking again and again he did not reply and moved away.

Beware DO NOT ORDER AHEAD AND PAY they don’t update their hours with main dunkin back end system.You will pay to only find them closed it’s a scam on purpose The place is really not great anymore it’s slow food is terrible but even worse don’t order ahead 2 times I ordered ahead and paid to go over to butler dunkin 5 minutes later and their closed and still taking orders on top of the fact they have a phone number listed that is disconnected.Who ever owns this franchise just don’t care the people that own these own usually own many and just don’t care shame on dunkin

The worker was talking on his phone and texting the whole time. There was a long line waiting behind us with 7 other people waiting to get there food. I used to love this dunkin but this was unacceptable.

Went there early Friday morning to get an extra large peppermint mocha coffee. The sold me a coffee that was COLD. Like it’s been sitting for hours cold. The one coworker that wasn’t working the drive thru window even tried telling the other employee that it was cold and they should probably make another pot. And all I heard was the window employee go “shhh shh” and that went they handed me my coffee. I immediately sipped it and it was ice cold. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this store. If I had not been in a rush to get to work I would’ve ran inside and demanded my money back. This store is a joke.

Glad you guys updated the store, time to update the staff. Should not take 25 minutes for coffee if I’m doing an online order. It’s grab and go not stand around for 15 minutes waiting. Then you MESS UP THE ORDER. Disappointed. American can’t run on this Dunkin. SMH.

I visit this location frequently! They have made a few mistakes when it had been brought to the managers attention he did apologize and went out of his way to make it right. Now even when I'm in the surrounding area I choose this location over the other nearby.

I ordered on the mobile app and the employee lectured me about ordering on the mobile app too soon before pulling into the drive through. Hey kid, my daughter worked at DD for a while. She said 1. Customer is always right and 2 Check #1 if you disagree. Seriously you are lecturing me on using the mobile app? Then fix the app!

Store is new and clean, but service can leave some to be desired. I placed a mobile order and while my drink was done and placed on the pickup rack… my food was thrown onto the counter behind the lady making it and she walked away… didn’t put the finished food in the pickup area. Another guy walked up to it and gave it to me after about 3 mins of me standing there and waiting while the bag was on the counter. Lazy staff, don’t come here when you are in a rush, they will waste your time!
