I don’t expect much from a fast food joint, and I’m always impressed when I come here at how extraordinarily good the customer service is! As a former retail worker, I understand getting burnt out, but I never get that feeling from the employees here. These folks fixed the problem with my order quickly, without stress, and putting a genuine smile on my face with the kind attitudes. I’ve had the thought before that this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever visited, but I just could not leave here this morning without leaving a greatreview.

Ok I usually don’t comment or leave feedback on fast food places but I got one of the best services ever by a young man by the name of Cal. I had an issue making my order on the self serve kiosk and he asked if I needed helped addressed my issue with the kiosk he then took my order at the front cashier. Told his manager or on duty supervisor what was going on I got my order taken care of but it was his eagerness and polite manner and happiness while helping me. You seldom see that nowadays specially in fast food when everything is quick and on the go that most people seem bland with no personality. So I’m glad to see that and refreshing to feel like I’m appreciated as a customer even if it’s $10 on a visit

So since they also feel underpaid or unappreciated thanks. Keep it up with that service and attitude you’ll make it somewhere so thanks again Cal
