Good place customer service is good.
Food was pretty good. I tried both of these the moment I got them but the Fries were a little lukewarm and taste like they’ve been sitting. The chicken sandwich was not dried out but again lukewarm.

This is one of the best McDonalds I’ve been to. I’ve driven down Route 23 a few times at night and stopped at this McDonalds. The chicken Big Mac is great and the fries at this location are always fresh and salted perfectly. The chicken Big Mac is also very fresh and this location is very clean.

I am updating my review from 3 stars to 1 and I would give 0 if I could! First of all customer service is beyond tragic. People if you are not good at doing anything just stay at home, don’t spoil somebody else’s food, people are paying for that! Just move your lazy asses and simply do your job as you are supposed to. Once I ordered caramel sundae and I received…I still don’t have any idea what kind of ice drink it was. A few months ago when I got a few things from the drive through the girl forgot to give me the two sundaes I have ordered…okay. Let’s talk about advertisement/food quality. Last time the Filet O fish had a terrible smell and taste. Obviously the fish was frozen for months and the oil that was used wasn’t changed for ages! I just ordered at the drive through McCrispy Chicken which was advertised at the drive through as the picture I have attached on the left. On the picture on the right is what I got. Just plain bread, old piece of chicken, tough as a rubber, again with heavy smell of stale oil and two slices of pickles. I call customer service asking what is exactly in that sandwich and they hang up the phone on me. I call second time with the same question and a woman voice responds “I don’t know”. So if you don’t know may I ask what the hell are you doing there? Get your lazy ass and learn the menu, that is why you are paid for, isn’t it?! I’m fed up facing lazy people every single day and when you need answers or help the only answer you get is “I don’t know”. I will never visit that place ever again, I am not even sure what these positive feedbacks are based on?! Or humans totally lost sense of what is “normal”

Tables could be cleaner. They do have stand with Sanitizing wipe by the door, so you can clean your own table, but I don't know how I feel about it.

Thwy took 45 minutes to get me my order of eight mcchickens and two oreo mcflurries and that was 45 minutes at the store i made my order an aditional 15 minutes before arriving for a total prep time of 1 hr. The mcflurries were the consistency of a slushy and the overall customer service was terrible. I will never be returning to this location i hope corporate visits them.

You have a very nice restaurant. Nice and modern with a industrial look and feel to it. None of the looks and modernist compensates for the poor counter service. I prefer to use the walk up counter so I tried. I know you have self service kiosk there but it takes to long to order. So I waited for a couple of minutes with my wife and no one came to the counter to help. I was forced to use the kiosk and use my card when I was going to pay with cash. If it was just me not getting service I would chalk it up to maybe your short handed or very busy. Unfortunately not the case. I watched two other people walk out and an elderly couple wait for awhile before someone helped them at the counter.
Another lady with a child needed something and I see the people in the back just looking at them with no offer to help. She wound up asking the lady who was cleaning to help her.
To the owner this is not just a half our of bad customer service I witnessed. This is most likely what happens all the time. You do realize not all people have a credit card or the modern mind to use the kiosk. People still need to use the counter.
I would like to mention that in NJ you must give a customer with cash the availability to pay with cash. Twice I witnessed in a half hour you failed to do this by ignoring them. This is called discrimination.
