My friend and I went out for dinner Monday evening and our server “ ABBEY” was the Perfect Ending of our Evening of shopping that my friend and I had. The food was fantastic, the service was Perfection , we chatted & I got to share alittle of myself & with that said I Gave Abbey a Bracelet that I had made earlier that day at work because she just had this Unbelievable way about her that honestly touched my soul. People like her are so hard to find. Outback you are very lucky to have such a Gem 💎 apart of your staff!!! Abbey thank you so much , never change you are Perfect ! Service was slow. Steak was terrible, poor quality meat, served warm and tough to eat. Baked potato did not have the toppings I asked for and was also warm. Since it was slow, you would figure the attention to detail would be better. The restaurant had a bad odor, smelled off. The side dish was also warm. Place was not busy so you would expect better service and quality. The wine glass pour was light and bar was sticky. I had to ask for the check multiples times, again place was dead, very few customers and the servers seemed clueless. Sorry for the bad review and I never do this but this was really really bad! And it being slow makes it worse around customer service. So easy to fix but if management does not step in and tighten the ship, will only get worse. Good luck and I’m never dining here again! Too many great choices to allow this to happen again from a customer perspective!!!! Good bye!
