Had issues with the appetizer coming after they served dinner, steak was cold.complained manager came out , apologized. Got a new steak , bake potatoe & soup to go for free. He took the appetizer off the bill. Then met the owner of outback he apologized also very nice. He was very concerned about correcting the issues. Overall outback did the right thing. We're from out of town but we would go back. Thank you B Jones.Wheelchair accessibility: Brought my mother in law in the front with her Walker. There is also a concrete ramp on the side.

Had the dinner combo special. Started with chili, small portion good flavor and heat, little meat though. Had 8oz med rare sirloin, cooked perfectly, right size with mixed veg, also cooked right. Finished with nice sized cheese cake.

Good service is a thing of the past apparently. She started off strong. Even had a personality it seemed. But then things quickly dropped off ..ordered items never got brought to the table and we were not checked on for extended periods of time. Then the bill was brought out before we were even asked if we were finished --which we weren't! It was a three course meal and she skipped over the last completely. As we were leaving it was obvious the servers were all congregated at a rear table socializing. There were three tables in the place. No reason for bad service other than neglect. And the food is like premium pricing at Applebee's quality. Maybe lower.

I have eaten at this location many times. Last night I was highly disappointed with the porterhouse steak I ordered. I have to say my disappointment was completely turned around by the waitress and the management. They made everything right when I was about to walk out the door. Between the first manager I'm sorry I forget her name to I believe the other one named Jason or Justin. My apologies for not remembering. They worked out my issue and were completely professional and understanding. I ended up having a delicious satisfying meal. I highly recommend this particular outback steakhouse to anyone and everyone. It is a great place with quality people working there. I can't say enough about my wonderful experience. You cannot go wrong choosing this restaurant for your next meal. Again thank you to the staff and especially the 2 managers I dealt with.
