I ordered a Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup for pickup. When I got back to my motel which was about a 16 minute drive round trip, my grilled cheese was not even toasted. Might have been on the grill for about 5 seconds. It was like it was just on white bread. Terrible. And the tomato soup didn't have any croutons with it like it shows in the picture, but it was pretty good anyway. I called the store and I did receive a refund for my sandwich, but a very disappointing experience with this location. I'm left wanting for a good quality GRILLED cheese!

I have gone to this Panera bread many times service is typically slow, however tonight I waited 45mins to order and receive my food which is the longest I have ever waited for drive through food. I have been to many Panera bread locations and this one seems to always be under staffed.

This morning I went through the drive-through at Panera. It was 7:40 AM. I had a simple order of just a drink and a pastry I pulled up. There was one car in front of me. I then proceeded to sit in that line for 25 minutes. I called the store because I was late for where I had to go and I had now been in that line for a half hour when I called and asked to speak to a manager. The woman was mumbling so I could not get her name and told me that she was short staffed and they were trying the best they could and I said I was sitting in line for a half hour and in the past I was told to go away in the front and one of the drive up line so everyone else behind was not waiting. She was completely nasty on the phone and said “well if you didn’t have me on the phone right now, I could be working on the order”. finally when it was my turn, she refused to open the window and told me to just Keep going and to leave since I was in an apparent rush. I never received my drink or my pastry, and I proceeded to leave the line because I was not gonna argue with somebody through a closed window. Through the window I could also see two other workers just standing around doing absolutely nothing there is nobody inside the café. This is awful customer service and if she is a manager, she should no longer be one.

I've always felt Panera is a superior chain to do work in while grabbing some coffee. Other coffee places, including some indie places, don't always quite have that brightly lit and homely feel, instead opting for a cold, dark wood interior.

Anyway, this is the one closest to me and it is one of my favorites to get some work done due to a wide open space and a lot of natural light pouring in from the windows. Now if they only lowered the volume of the music blaring over the speakers, I would give this place 5 stars.

Manager Sarah is unprofessional and rude to the staff and customers.

I picked up an order and the coffees were cold, Manager Sarah treated me as if I was dishonest and made me feel very uncomfortable. She needs training on how to be courteous and respectful to the staff.

I will NEVER shop at Panera again, thanks to poor customer service.

Food is always fine. The worker at the drive through truly made this easy experience so much more difficult than it needed to be. I placed a mobile order for a Mac and cheese for the drive through and when we got there we were told we had to park and keep driving around to see if it was ready?? Kind of ridiculous especially because no one was in the drive through. The SECOND we parked it was suddenly ready?? We pull back through the drive through and the lady practically threw the Mac and cheese in the bag at us and rolled her eyes. There is no need for such negativity especially when we were just picking up.

Service is terrible .. breakfast is over at 1030. Bagels are so small that dont fill a toddler .. never coming back .. would rather go to Wawa or quikcheck.. and their coffee stinks . Nor good creamer selections ..
