I've always felt Panera is a superior chain to do work in while grabbing some coffee. Other coffee places, including some indie places, don't always quite have that brightly lit and homely feel, instead opting for a cold, dark wood interior.

Anyway, this is the one closest to me and it is one of my favorites to get some work done due to a wide open space and a lot of natural light pouring in from the windows. Now if they only lowered the volume of the music blaring over the speakers, I would give this place 5 stars.

Manager Sarah is unprofessional and rude to the staff and customers.

I picked up an order and the coffees were cold, Manager Sarah treated me as if I was dishonest and made me feel very uncomfortable. She needs training on how to be courteous and respectful to the staff.

I will NEVER shop at Panera again, thanks to poor customer service.

Food is always fine. The worker at the drive through truly made this easy experience so much more difficult than it needed to be. I placed a mobile order for a Mac and cheese for the drive through and when we got there we were told we had to park and keep driving around to see if it was ready?? Kind of ridiculous especially because no one was in the drive through. The SECOND we parked it was suddenly ready?? We pull back through the drive through and the lady practically threw the Mac and cheese in the bag at us and rolled her eyes. There is no need for such negativity especially when we were just picking up.

Very cheaply made sandwich. Cheesesteak sandwich with very little on it. About 15.00 each...; never again

Service is terrible .. breakfast is over at 1030. Bagels are so small that dont fill a toddler .. never coming back .. would rather go to Wawa or quikcheck.. and their coffee stinks . Nor good creamer selections ..

I haven’t been at a Panera in quite a few years. My first experience was horrible.
This place was nice and clean.
Can’t really say anything about the staff because we never talked with anyone.
My steak sandwich was good but I would have liked more meat on it.
I would definitely keep going to this Panera Bread.

Horrible food and service. Quality of food has gone hill drastically. Prices went up and u get less for ur money. Almost not edible. Not fresh at all. Coffee is burnt and old, croissants are stale. And service they can care less. Panera should close down. Go to a deli cheaper and fresher. Support small businesses

I had a disappointing experience at Panera this morning, July 4th, when I arrived at 10:30 am hoping to order breakfast. Upon entering, I was the woman at the front register switched to the lunch menu in front of me. She mentioned that breakfast service ends at 10:30 am on weekdays and 11:00 am on weekends, which I found surprising given that today is a holiday.

Instead of offering any flexibility or assistance, she remained unhelpful and seemed more interested in enforcing the rules than in providing good customer service. It felt as if her goal was to deter customers rather than accommodate them. If I were in a management position, I would consider providing her with additional training, as it was clear she lacked the necessary skills to engage positively with customers.

Overall, this experience left a negative impression, and I hope the management takes note of the importance of customer service, especially on days when people are looking to celebrate.
