This location is horrible. Every single time I order there is an issue. There is always something missing or the food quality is horrible! The Wayne locations are way better, and the food there at those locations are always good. How do you forget to give someone the soup that come with their NEW dipper sandwiches!!! Never utensils or napkins in the bag. They check off the items on the receipt, so you think everything is in the bag when in fact there are multiple things missing. We work in Riverdale, so we have no choice to order from this location for delivery. NOT ANYMORE!!!! Waste of money! I wouldn't even give them 1 star! I would give them no stars!

I never write reviews but I felt the need to share how wonderful this place is. I frequent this Panera on my commute to work in nyc almost daily. The new manager, I believe her name is Sara, she knows my coffee order by heart and is just so incredibly sweet. The whole staff is so warm and welcoming. It’s a great way to start my day. A little kindness goes a long way.

Your staff did not behave in a bad way at all. I asked for an extra slice of bread and I saw that they gave it to other people, so I requested it but they did not give it to me. This will be my last time coming here, unfortunately. I understand this as human discrimination.

This place it’s next to my house, I always stop there to get what I need, this morning I ordered cappuccino ,a girl over there she was wearing scarf that’s what I remember , I have never see her there before. I think she is the manger her name is Sarah maybe. she made me the cappuccino very dark and strong, so I told her can you go heavier on milk, she give me attitude and said that the machine made it like this it’s not me I told her I just got it yesterday from her and it was not dark as this so can u adjust it with more milk. She was so mad at me, I don’t know why u working there since y are not friendly with customers, it doesn’t make since.When she made me the second one she did not fix it she made it even more darker by purpose, this is childish and disrespectful acts, im sure many people complained about her because she looks very aggressive and not friendly girl, im not going to let it stop her im going to call the customer service and let them know what u are doing, If you are the manger over there I don’t think that you are qualified for, you are a way behind that

3 visits in a row where Panera "BREAD" IS OUT OF BREAD!! The staff was nice enough about it but not even being able to sell me a piece of sandwhich bread is absolutely ridiculous. I can understand if it the end of the day but this was at 6:15!! Its like taco bell saying their our of TACOS!

I watched the girl at the counter rub her eye multiple times with no gloves on while making my sandwich. She placed it on the counter. Walked away and I waited til she came back to mention how I just watched her rub her eye making my sandwich. She than told me that she just washed her hands and I said my sandwich was already done. She proceeded with an attitude putting in a glove & replaced the roll that came with the Mac and cheese? Not sure that did anything. Panera corporate needs to step in with this location.
Never get avocado. i am only here on vacation and the one place i choose gives me moldy avocado

Window service slow. Cheese in the Mac n cheese has changed and my son no longer likes it. And it baffles me why a Bread company has Zero gluten free/dairy free bread. Oh, and it's expensive as hell.
