The food was god awful, the worker had both feet up where the food was being served and the chicken tasted very old. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

Dry, awful tasting chicken. The salad was literally just lettuce topped with a tomato. Rice and beans were good.

I am giving 2 stars to be considerate. I called for pick up, the guy (Willy) placed me in hold for 7 minutes and 46 seconds until I lost my cell signal ‘coz I was driving. He told me it would be ready by 30 minutes and after 10 more minutes...... I’m still waiting.......waiting.....waiting.......☹️

Eh I got some oxtail from there lil salty. Also got some pernil super dry. And some empanadas. Empanadas were bland. I spent 50 bucks wasn't satisfied.

I didn’t even get to order food... I walked in and being from a Puerto Rican and Dominican family my first thoughts and words were “wow it really smells like genuine cuchi fritos” (Spanish restaurants in more diverse areas)..... the guy says “well weactually serve real food here” wasn’t that off the wall but I thought to myself “well I hope it’s not fake food?” Anyway so the guy goes here’s the menu I’ll be right with you and walks to the back..... we wait.... he comes back and by this time we know what we want.... he leaves again.... I work in a restaurant so no big deal right he’s busy, so I tell my wife what I want and I go to the bathroom.... I come out a few minutes later and he still hasn’t come back... the final straw was when the phone starts ringing and he takes the phone order while we’re still standing there.... I’m going to be honest butler is majority Caucasian so having a genuine Dominican restaurant there was a big deal to me I loved the idea then I went and being treated that way I walked out and I’ll obviously not go again... I tried and I hope everyone else’s experience is much better...I scrolled down and saw someone used the word condescending to describe the treatment.... that was spot on...

Amazing food! I was so excited to see somewhere offering real Puerto Rican food since I only ever get it from my mom or my own home! The prices were great, the food was delicious, and the staff was very nice

The Roasted Chicken was amazing. Didn't Have Pernil So Got Chicharron De Pollo Instead. Not So Great! Wasn't Cooked Enough For Me. Rice & Beans Amazing. Chicken Empanada Was Good. The Ground Beef Empanada Was Very Sweet.

After moving to Bloomingdale from Paterson a few years ago the one thing I missed was latin food restaurants and the convenience of having them just around the corner. On Saturday I happened to be driving up Main st and spotted a dominican flag in the window ? awesome to have traditional foods from my country just down the street! Mangu was great. I ordered a side of rice and beans and I either left it at the counter or the owner forgot to include it in my order. Either way it didnt matter. He seemed to be having a rough morning, mistakes happen. Wtv I paid for the side of rice and beans I consider his tip because the food I did get was great! Thank u and I will be stopping by again.

Disappointed ordered lunch on app 3 half chicken combos. Chicken was bone dry.Ordered side of beans. - it was a coffee cup filled with red sauce and very little beans in bottom. Hoping it was just a fluke i will try again.
