Yo bro this was not great. I am new to the area and I just moved into town. I was hungry and as my new place isn’t set up went to the butler grill. Ordered a burger and extra food for the next day. The burger was overcooked and the extra food i ordered were nachos, they were ok but def soggy. The greek salad was wilted and was missing tomatoes and olives with a ton of onions. They don’t understand english or at least pretend not to when it conveniences them. The girl who picked up was nice enough but was not helpful. I was told no refunds and they hung up. Not sure how this place is in business but I threw the food away. Went next door to the butler diner, I’d recommend going there the food is fire. Not sure why the girl told me what up and no manager communicated with me. Oh I also speak Spanish and noticed the way they speak when they think someone doesn't understand.

I ordered through slice yesterday and the food was not good. Greasy, oily chili with three beans and tough chicken gyro. To make a long story short these people are extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called to put in a complaint the girl who answered did not know what to say and told me the manager was on a delivery and then when i asked for a refund I was told not to come back and order from there again and that they cannot refund me my money. When asked she said “I dont know why.” Then she hung up and would not pick up my calls. I went down there to give back the bad food and the cook and her proceeded to lie. The manager was not out on delivery he went home. And then the old man told me that i needed to call slice that they do NOT take money or make money from the orders. They both lied to me about management and refunding my money. I went to the corner store and I called slice and was notified by slice that eateries indeed charge and make all the money. I had the rep on hold and asked her to please tell the restaurant this information as they lied to me. I went back inside and the chef refused to come out so the girl and an older lady both were told on speaker by the rep that they(the butler grill) charge and make the money. The older woman in spanish told the girl that I needed to call slice. I told her that on the phone is slice and everyone here has been lying to me. They both stood firm on the lies. The rep asked them to refund the money to which I was told to call slice even though the rep just asked them to refund the money. i notified the girl i would be coming back to speak with the manager the following day. i called them 15 minutes ago and I asked for the manager. The girl gave me the chef even though when I asked if the manager was there she told me he was. The chef who doesn't understand english told me the manager went home. How very convenient timing that the manager left so early again. I would recommend staying away. Poor customer service with employees who lie to customers and a chef who does not care and does what he wants. Not to mention the rude girl who just hangs up on you. This place steals your money and places responsibility for getting your money back on third party apps. Thievery and bad food I would stay away.

Really great food at a great price! We had four adults and two kids. Great selection for the kids, and an amazingly broad selection for the adults. We had the empanadas, a really great torta, Chilaquiles, burrito, and cheese steak. Absolutely recommend. Great service.

This place is really good. I got the big Mac quesadilla and the Cuban panini. The quesadilla is exactly how it sounds and came out great. The Cuban panini has soft, quality bread. You can tell the pork is made in house and it came with fries. All that and a coke was only $25. Ordering food out is so expensive now and this place is an absolute bargain. They have a ton of options and seem like a nice local mom and pop shop.

The worst meal I've ever had! Honey chicken was dry and had no honey.. chicken soup was absurdly bland ..the chicken tasted like it went bad which was the smell of the soup as well.. I've had better soup at a hospital.. the only thing that was ok were the onion rings and french fries... Paid $16 and wasted every penny.. I had to throw away the soup and I couldn't finish the chicken because my gums were beginning to hurt while attempting to chew that jerky.. one star is an overstatement!

Great little eatery. My wife and I shared the ultimate nachos which was a generous portion for the price. I had the western omelet which was also quite a lot of food and tasted delicious. My wife had the cheese steak sandwich which she enjoyed .
