The manager is extremely welcoming and caring. He treats his staff with respect and kindness. It is very nice to see. The restaurant is clean and the food quality is excellent. I would recommend this Wendy’s!

The manager working on 7/20 was incredibly kind and helpful. I don’t ever leave reviews especially for fast food joints but this gentleman was truly a pleasure and I just think he deserves a little recognition for his customer service and overall being a super nice guy. Floor was greasy slippery. The food gave me a stomach ache. The staff were all kind and helpful. Lunch for 3 people was 45 dollars. Just not worth it anymore

This is the one Wendy's location where my orders are consistently wrong no matter how big or small, it's unbelievable. Either given regular nuggets instead of spicy or vice versa, a completely different burger from what I ordered, missing sauces, etc. Food's still good at least.

My husband threw out our receipt, but I wanted to give a shout out to Wendy's staff in Butler on route 23. The manager on staff was friendly and helping out. The workers were engaged and friendly. The food was hot, came out in a timely manner, and delicious. Thank you for all you guys do. May God bless you for your diligent service.
