This is the one Wendy's location where my orders are consistently wrong no matter how big or small, it's unbelievable. Either given regular nuggets instead of spicy or vice versa, a completely different burger from what I ordered, missing sauces, etc. Food's still good at least.

My husband threw out our receipt, but I wanted to give a shout out to Wendy's staff in Butler on route 23. The manager on staff was friendly and helping out. The workers were engaged and friendly. The food was hot, came out in a timely manner, and delicious. Thank you for all you guys do. May God bless you for your diligent service.
Day of drizzle. Wendy's floors was like an ice arena. Everyone walked with caution ⚠️. Unsafe flooring!!!!

This is normally a go to since I live down the street but today gave me the “ick” so I will not be returning. Not only were people rude but when we had our fries (the top half tasted ok) it tasted the way PineSol or some other chemical would smell. Not only is that disgusting but very dangerous. Did you spill cleaner/over saturate something in cleaner and not wait for it to dry? Did you recently clean with your hands then touch our food with those same hands that have cleaner on them ? Did you straight up drop on the floor and just put them in anyway? None of those answers make me feel better. Yes I’m aware food is prepared without gloves- that’s not my issue. The issue is cross contamination of cleaning products.
