I got this as a gift for my Fiancé for Christmas. It was a major hit. We went the first appointment and did a tasting. We decided what wine to make. It was very easy and it was Informative. You are not smashing grapes and putting in work like that it's essentially a kit you get walked through which was painless! The second session was the most fun. That's the bottling, corking, labeling, and picking out the tinfoil as a finishing touch. It as a great experienceWe already drank a bottle and 13% is ?. Loved it10/10 recommend for anyone who loves wine and wants to make your own. This would also make a great gift or favor for a party or for your own private reserve wine.

I threw a surprise birthday party for my wife on Saturday afternoon and I cannot say enough about the experience. The business owner, Michele, was so helpful with explaining the whole process and answering my questions. A wine-tasting is done two months in advance, to pick your wines that are consumed at the party and shared with your guests to fill, cork, and seal their own bottles to take as favors (you take home the rest). Customized labels personalized for the bottles were artistically created with my own input and suggestions. Selections of delicious catered food from a local Italian restaurant were all set-up; just brought a cake and decorations - that's it! The place is cozy without feeling crowded. The staff were cordial and professional. They took care of everything, even packing up the remaining food and placing it in boxes for easy transportation back home. Everybody remarked about what a great time they had and the wines were fabulous!

I had a great experience making my wine. It was a gift from our daughter for Christmas. It was a fun experience from tasting the different wines to select one for the project, to the final step of bottling, labeling and corking the wine. The staff there are warm and informative. All around it was a lot of fun.
This is the fourth time we made wine, and we will be back again! It's a fun experience, the owners and staff are WONDERFUL! Great selection, very clean, and accommodating. Plus, thank you for asking about how my dog was doing! Very special people here at Your Own Winery - I highly recommend it!

Was passing by from Mountain Creek.First of all, the sign in the window outside said free wine tasting!Second of all, we go inside and the woman that was in the cashier was absolutely RUDE! MORE THAN RUDE, there are no other words to it!NOT WELCOMING AT ALL!She did not give at all any background of what was the winery creating experience about.She was determined not to have my husband and I in the winery place.All she kept saying was we do not sell wine, wine takes about 8 weeks to make, and was rude with an attitude even to attend to see If there were classes available to make the wine.She should not be placed to work with the public with this attitude. She was not welcoming at all!If you want to run a business, and make it success please do not have this approach with people that are unaware of what’s being done in your facility.This is just a recommendation. And I hope this is corrected.
