We tried to stop in at 7:45 and the lady told us that they close at 8pm. Then she proceeded to tell us she ran out of bread and made the last sandwich of the night. She wasn’t very friendly.

Update for national hoagie day: yeah the few sandwiches are cheaper, it's because you're getting less meat/cheese/veggies. Not exactly a great deal. Bait and switch tactics. Moved from 5 stars to 3.
Stupidly good bread. Really fresh meats and cheese. Fresh veggies. Only complaint is you can't add extra veggies.

Had 7 customers waiting on a Thursday night with only 1 hard working woman by herself and they were out of ham...what? How is a hoagie place out of ham?? Only ever order from here when there's a discount via text or in this case on my birthday when it was BOGO. For the absurd prices they charge for a hoagie normally, this really turned me off even more from them. Yes the hoagies are very good but they're not $20 and waiting for 30 minutes good. Absolutely unacceptable management from the local franchise owner. The woman Laurie behind the counter was an absolute sweetheart and super apologetic that she was the only one here yet she was still busting her butt and had a big beautiful smile on her face! 10/10 for Laurie 7/10 for the food but 1/10 for management. I hope they take good care of her and take a good look at themselves if they want to do well here, it has only been a few months.

have been here 3 times 1 time service and food all excellent . 2 visits not so much on the service . food always excellent . went in one night at 730 as i work late it seemed like a inconvience to make food . so next time i called in to pick up an order on way home at 7pm and walked in 740 . they were cleaning which i can understand everyone wanting to go home as i was . still felt like an inconvience . other than that i will still keep coming back as the sandwhiches and sides are all excellent .

We did a last-minute tail gating order in person...The ladies that took care of us were absolutely awesome!!! They served us with smiles which is a rarity lately...We asked for specific things for our dietary needs..one sandwich needed to have the inside of the bread removed and they did it...no questions asked...they made sure all our sandwiches were done perfectly!!! The sandwiches were delicious!!! Great job ladies!!! and Primo for highering great staff!!! Our experience was so wonderful that I highly recommend you go here!!!

They removed the “no tip” option. It is not my job to pay a workers wage it’s the owners/bosses job. Quit making small food chains that aren’t restaurants have a REQUIRED TIP AMOUNT. Either pay your workers more and remove the tip button completely or just remove it. I most likely won’t be coming here again. This isn’t a 5 star for 18 dollars (after tip ) (15.99) before, you can get a 5 star meal from a good restaurant without tipping. 15.99 for a cheese steak is ridiculous. It’s not like I’m biting into fresh meat
