I went today and ordered a small cheese steak sandwich, chips and a water $18.00 , i wouldnt mind paying if it was good, it was the worst sandwich i ever had, the bread was stale, it was dry,nothing on it, such a small amount of beef and didnt even taste the cheese, i think it was 4 inches, i will not reccomend anyone going there. Very unsatisfied!!!

I go in every Wednesday for the primo size deal and every week I’m greeted by shawn and he knows the 2 things i usually order and makes them exactly how i want every time and always has a cheery upbeat attitude and always makes my orders quickly

This primo is terrible. Do not come here. Poor customer service. Very slow waited 20 mins for 2 sandwiches. The place was empty!!! Terrible It is July 10th. Why gave this primo second chance was a big mistake. Again, understaffed. Slow as crap and the bathroom still says out of order! But the one and only worker came out of their when I entered the store@! Wow. Don't go here. Go to Rockaway or Hacketstown. This location does not run specials like the other 2 locations. Prediction This place will be out of business in 2026

My experience at this store has been different than some of the reviews. I find their food really good, staff friendly and accommodating.. I order gf and they are always able to handle my request. I think the corporation can do a better job promoting the business and getting more involved in the community.
