Dunkin'

Odd. No idea how to give good service. My bill came to 7.01. Paid with a ten. He counted out 2.99 cents, instead of a simple 3.

Completely unprofessional staff. Ordered $20 worth of food and coffee and they refused to give me a cup of water. Ordered 2 wake up wraps, only got 1. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese, got a bacon egg and cheese. I was the only one in the store.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t understand how they still stay in business.

Worst Dunkin experience every. Refused to give me "light ice" then the manager woman started loudly arguing with me telling me it's corporates policy. Yeah it's not. Been to almost every Dunkin in the area. Not how business is done. GO ELSEWHERE for you coffee needs

When it is just the family that works they arrive late. Cannot even get a refund. They did not change the times they are open so DD shows 5am and allows you to order on the go. They had nothing ready and I was late to work. They even arrived way after 6am.

I had to go to an important event early in the morning, and they said they were open. I made an order on the way just to find out that they were still closed. Very upset ?

Terrible service. We've ordered over 30 times over a few years from this location, and you have to remind them that you ordered food because they try to scam you. I genuinely don't know why it's so hard to put a donut in a bag. I shouldn't even have to be writing this!

I went this morning to buy lottery tickets... ink was so faded and patchy I couldn't even read the numbers on the quick pic ticket so I doubted it was actually scandable. Even if it had been barely scanable the ink wouldnt have lasted a day..The guy insisted it was scanable until I showed him it wasnt in the scanning machine at the register. Then he insisted he could scan it with the lottery machine so he did and guess what... no surprise not scannable...seriously? Never going there again.

Great people. There is always a smiley face behind the counter to welcome customers. Om personally takes care of my order every evening and makes sure that my evening coffee is as amazing as it can be. A personal recommendation to this place as they are always clean and serve you in an orderly manner. ??
