My wife and I ordered take out from China Inn while enjoying an early evening beer at Bucket Brigade Brewery. I picked the order up and returned to the brewery. We soon found out that we were missing an item that we ordered. I called China Inn and they recognized that the item was order and missing. The front hostess said I would be able to pick it up at any time when we were on our way home as it was in that direction. We had no problem with that. As we continued eating out food I received a phone call from manager or owner apologizing. I mentioned that we were just around the corner at the brewery and picking it up on the way home was no problem. Again, we continued eating and having our beers at the brewery. Little time passed and then the manager from China Inn walked in and hand delivered our side dish (including a few extra items for the small mistake). She was so nice and very apologetic. It is services like that, that makes small business and restaurants shine from others. The food was all piping hot and delicious. We will absolutely be ordering from China Inn again.

Stopped in for a quick takeout meal. I was only in town for a day and my card was double charged. I noticed a couple days later and called the restaurant. The manager reached out on the same day and refunded the duplicate charge. Food was excellent, service was even better. Thank you!

Been going to this restaurant with my Pop pop for years and I have to say . If you haven't tried the wings your missing out . The wings are so good seasoned to perfection also the outside of the wings are so magically crunchy you just have to try it for yourself. If you like spice ask for their spectacular chilly oil and mix a little into whatever sauce of your liking to bring it to the next level. I ask you . Can you handle Asian hot ?. If you like spice.

I have been going to this place since the 90s, I have not really been in 8 years prior to this visit, due to where I live, however is the same owner since 1998 and the food quality is as good as I remembered, the atmosphere changed due to some apparent downsizing from what I recall, and probably due to the pandemic, however if you want to get in it is not a bad atmosphere, just not the upscale dining experience it may have been a long time ago.

First I would like to say if you are into good Chinese food . You need to try this place . The food is top notch portions are perfect love the choices. The chicken Skewers are hands down the best I ever had . Most places the chicken is dry and over cooked . This is not the case here I don't know what magic they use to get that chicken so tender and juicy but it works . I can honestly say the Service to is unmatched they are quick and courteous. it is no wonder why the China Inn has stood the test of time . Thank you for your years of good food and service and hope for many more to come .

I been eating at china inn for a long time. Before covid when we use to dine in it was awesome! Great atmosphere and good food and service. Since they reopened for dine in it hasn't been the same. You get plastic containers to eat out of, no plate, if you ask for a plate you get a paper dish. No small dish of duck sauce anymore, just a little plastic to go cup with a little bit of duck sauce. No tea pot anymore just coffee cups with tea. It just isn't the same anymore. My experience wasn't the best and i think I'll just do take out from now on. I miss the old dine in.

I’ve been here before many times over the years and was so disappointed with the meal this time. The chicken dish had no chicken. It was all some kind of white batter that had been fried and then covered sauce over it. What a waste if money. My friend had a similar dish with chicken. There was some chicken , not much and it was all pieces of cartilage. Yuck. The lo mein which is hard to mess up even had an off flavor. I don’t know how to this place will stay in business if they continue to make dishes like this. I’m sorry

The steamed dumplings have been excellent early in my career. I inspected restaurants in Manhattan. Many of them were Chinese or Japanese.
