The staff is uneducated in customer service and the manager is just as inadequate. This is from 4/8/24 at 10:30pm. We ordered delivery and while it’s understandable that the delivery driver could not give change our $100, we offered to follow him to the store in order to do so. His response was they won’t do it either. So we called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and short spoken. She said they do not like to take $50 or $100. We offered to make a stop in order to get smaller change at a store or gas station. This would take time and we did not want cold food. The food already waited to be delivered, made its way back to the store, and sat there. It would have to sit there longer while we got our change. We asked nicely for a fresh order.As our oven is broken at home and cannot warm it up later. She refused to remake any of the order stating that it was hot enough.We work it the restaurant business.This is unacceptable customer service. We tried to be reasonable. We will be taking this to corporate. And it’s regrettable that all that food went to waste. Poor business management.Also. The delivery boy stated rudely that the cash rule is on their front door. We only order online. It’s not stated on their website. Unfortunately the staff is not trained in these things.This was the Cape May Court House NJ store.
Their pizza is disgusting. It was burnt and kinda looked like it was cooked then cooled and was re heated. The cheese looked like plastic = not melted at all. Also, we ordered brownies that were BURNT and shriveled. SOOO disgusting. I cannot imagine those workers felt comfortable sending that out to a customer. How????

It’s always when I leave a tip for them they forget something, but over all the man made it up to me by bringing me an extra 2 liter!!! Delicious food over all, I suggest the Alfredo sauce on a pizza of your choice, so yummy :) #thankyou dominos

We will never order from them again. The driver hit my fence while delivering to my neighbor. He and the owner refused to pay for damages.
On January 1, 2023 a driver delivering for this Domino's drove their car into our fence causing over $1000.00 in damage. We tried to work with the driver and Domino's directly but neither is taking responsibility. The drivers insurance company may deny the claim because he was not covered commercially. Our next step is pursuing our legal options againt both.The driver was beligerant and the owner was combative. His car should never have been allowed to deliver as it already had extensive damage to the front end and the light was held in by duct tape. We are entitled to compensation for our loss. As a business owne myself, I can say this is bad business. You have my contact information and Iwould appreciate a resolution to this asap.
