I wouldn't recommend someone to work here, or eat here. If someone eats from here, it's because they had no other choice. This company makes food for private flights. As an insider, I can tell you for a fact, that this branch of this company does not use the most sanitary procedures for preparing food. At all. More than half of the buildings refrigeration units are keeping food above 54°F. This was addressed to management and deemed, "not the biggest deal." The very under-bearing management causes a crabs in a bucket work place, that is not anyone's fault, but, the management. They offer people 14 dollars an hour and a $1,000 dollar bonus, "for their health," and make sure to terminate employees the day before they are eligible for the benefits.
