Charleys Cheesesteaks

For a quick bite, this is my go to spot. I love that they’re always offering free samples, which always get me in the mood to order one of their subs. It’s not the most delicious cheesesteak in the world, but it does the trick at a fair enough price.

The service was bad. I was trying to explain to the cashier that the person who just touched the register with gloves on needs to change them . She could not understand me so someone had to translate if you can understand English how are you to ring me up. Anyway the manger came and ask me what was the problem I explain it to him as well and he was the one with the gloves on. Long story short I will not be eating at that location again staff needs to be trained on how to handle food

If I could, I’d give this place zero stars. The staff at Charley’s Philly Cheesesteaks in the American Dream Mall were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When they realized the order was mine, they actually laughed in my face. When I told them it wasn’t funny, one of the ladies said, “Yes it was.” I was honestly shocked at how disrespectful they were. No customer deserves to be treated that way. They clearly don’t value their customers or take their jobs seriously, and people like that shouldn’t be representing the brand. I’ll never return to this location. This happened on 10.8.2025 at 11:45AM. Someone should talk to them.

Extremely disappointed! Staff looked completely confused on what they were preparing. Waited on line for 30 mins and staff didn’t realize or look my way to take my order. Ended up ordering on the kiosk and when I started to put in my order staff called next. Everyone was in their own little world behind that counter.

None of my food was made correctly, had to send family back up to the counter multiple times , was over charged & extra items where put on my bill that I never received. Manger on duty was horrible.
This is one company I’m used to enjoying my meal but yesterday made me not want to go back again.

I worked in that place and I did not have a good experience, they had preferences with some workers and they left the rest of us with the most difficult work but the worst of all is that they owed me hours and even though I have been paid well, the manager tells me that He can't pay me for my hours because I already resigned. I do not recommend anyone to work at this place.

Great food but expensive and they need to put more meat in the sandwich for those prices!
