Charlie's cheesecakes are located in the food court in American dream mall. Typical food court meal...friendly staff... food is three stars. The Philly cheesesteak was tasty, but it was more tasty because I was hungry and I wolfed it down in five minutes. The cheesesteaks come in three sizes small, medium and large. Some of the toppings are are free. Mall ambiance.

I'm a Cheese steak fan. And this one is one of the best in franchise. Nice staff and clean counters. They give generous portions. They are pretty quick!!!I posted a picture of my sandwich below. It's a little messed up but that is my fault not the staff. I drove 30 minutes with it and it took a little bit of a beating.STILL DELICIOUS!!!!

My friend and I came to ate, we did our orders together but the cashier did even acknowledge her… then we get our food and we clearly(as shown on the screen) paid for extra cheese on the side and on our cheese fries, when I got my food I didn’t have the cheese and when I asked the woman for the cheese she ignored me so I asked in Spanish(because they were already speaking in Spanish) and Gocho is the one that was helping both ladies out, I give that man props for holding it down… but then my friend got her food and she ordered the extra cheese too and they were arguing with me about it but it was clearly on the screen, I wouldn’t ask if I didn’t have it on my receipt already… thanks
DO NOT EAT HERE, Me and my whole team got sicker than covid the day after eating here with every symptom of food poising.

Chicken teriyaki was way too sweet, not sure why it was not good. I’ve visited other Charlie locations and I can’t get over this sandwich being so sweet.Also they offer sauce on the side but don’t mention they charge you.I recommend they smile more and acknowledge the customers, there is no line but I think it’s because the food isn’t as good as other locations and overall not the most welcoming experience. Will not visit this location again.The ketchup is darker than usual as well not sure if they use a brand that’s cheaper than Heinz, not a fan of this location
