This has to be the worst dunkin I've been to in america. There's 5 people inside that have no idea what they're doing

The employees always mess up the order. Only one car ahead of me and waited 15 minutes just to go up to the window and the employee ask what I even ordered. Slowest drive thru there is.

How can it be possible that someone spends their money and they treat you badly? The Ispana lady along with another girl has a bad attitude. The lady thinks she owns the bipolar business and the sleepy girl has no desire to work. Bad experience.
yeah this is the worst dunkin in nj. i mean seriously, these people have never made my order correctly once. if i order a latte, they make a coffee. if i get food, they just forget about it completely. that one guy who works around noon is ALWAYS high. i only came here for convenience but im going out of my way to avoid it now. u guys suck 😐

I go there every morning before work and it is always clean and the workers are so friendly and there is never a long wait. They are doing a wonderful job keep up the good work

They have sign outside both men & woman bathroom stating it’s out of order, but it working just because they don’t want people to use it. As a customer sitting inside enjoying my avocado toast waiting for my friend, I saw their employee bring cleaning supplies to the bathroom & employees walking in (most likely using it) when customers ask they said it’s not working.
Shame on them not letting their customers to use the bathroom which includes the deliveries drivers.

I ordered a large cold brew with extra oat milk and three shots of caramel, but they handed it to me with barely any oat milk and the cold brew was too dark. When I mentioned that I can't drink coffee that dark, the guy said No Problem and went inside to add more oat milk. However, the girl who made my coffee gave me attitude and tried to charge me an extra 30 cents for more oat milk. I already told her at drive thru intercom “ extra oat milk” I told her 'whatever' and just asked for double oat milk instead of single. She got really mad just because I corrected my order? Anyway, they gave me my coffee and I drove off. When I took a sip, I noticed there was no caramel syrup in it. Just trying to say, it wouldn't hurt to listen to customers when they tell you how they want their coffee, right? Just make it how they like it, that's all. Nobody wants to deal with your attitude, just get over it and do your job.like we do to pay our bills.
