I have been ordering here for years. Always enjoyed the food. Tonight change my mind forever. I placed an order it never showed up. Waited an hour. The gentleman on the phone could not speak enough English to explain where my food was when I asked. He proceeded to hang up on me three times. Then he had the nerve to tell me I never placed an order but yet when I told him what I ordered he said he knew and asked what I wanted. I did asked to speak to somebody else and again he did not understand what I was saying. At that point I I knew I was never getting my food so I was the one who hung up on him and have now change where I will forever order my Chinese food. Never ever again will I give them my business.

Worst experience ever when ordering delivery. I called, placed my order. An hour and a half later nothing. I called and tried to ask where my food was and they just kept asking me what I wanted. I kept saying no I already placed an order about an hour and a half ago I want to know where it is. Then she said "no, no delivery" and hung up on me. I called back 8 times, and no answer. I finally called again, this point it's 2 hours and I said "I placed an order for delivery, cancel my order I do not want it" she said "what u want" again. Major language barrier which is fine but she couldn't understand I didn't want the food anymore or tell me what was taking so long. It was only sesame chicken and chicken wings not even $20. I asked for someone who spoke/understood better English, and she said "No no one speak English" and hung up on me again, called back and again no answer 5 more times. 30 mins later the food shows up at my door, I didn't take it and shut the door in his face. I don't even know how the food is but if it's anything like the service I experienced this place needs to be shut down not even sure how they are still operating with all the GOOD Chinese places in the area.

They sent food not prepared correctly. When I called the next day to explain the man shouted at me and hung up , this went on 4 times till I finally went there . They said they wouldn't do the food over or replace the $ . They were as rude as one could possibly be . This was the 1st time I tried this place because my regular place was closed in Sunday's . If you would polite service from clean people ( the delivery man was filthy ) he was there when I went and was just as filthy as the place and the other person working . I will never eat or order from here again and I am calling the board of health . There is no way the conditions are sanitary and no one speaks English and what I could understand was yelling and disrespectful. 1 at poor customer service that's about it . I wasted my time and money it will not happen again . Think twice or go in and see for yourself before you order !!!

This place I been order since I move here to East Rutherford some how today. I place order for my food. And they never delivery my food. And they didn't understand me. I'll check my card to see if they charge me. If they did I'll be there tomorrow to talk to the owner of the place. I will make sure I'll tell everyone that place order from my building. To let them know how they are. Can't be trust this people. When o call the guy was so nasty and rude. I will never order any food from this place. I'll make sure to report them all over face book nasty people
