Placed a digital order at the kiosk, and for some reason, I did not get the receipt. The cashier in a nasty way, ask for a receipt and told me there was no order (6035). In addition, she asked me again with a very bad attitude if I paid, after waiting for 20 mins. I showed her in my phone app such payment....bottom line, I should not give any star...Location.... Dream mall in NJ.....I'll never come back there...

Ordered at the kiosk, they told me it would be 5-6 minutes, i also selected to go on my receipt. 5 employees standing around in the front doing absolutely nothing but talking. Finally received my food, the fries were cold by the way, but the worker put my food on a tray and i said i don’t need a tray, it’s to go. The worker got visibly mad and sighed like it was such a big deal to move the stuff from a tray to a bag.

The portion was ridiculously small — felt like I ordered off the kids’ menu without knowing. The chicken was dry, bland, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Fries? Cold, soggy, and sad. They were even stingy with the sauces.

This place is a disgrace to the Popeyes name.
No flavor, no value, no care.

Save your money and your appetite — go literally anywhere else.
Major disappointment.

The service was horrible The workers are just conversing and laughing instead of doing their job taking a really slow time. Getting orders out. My food was cold. Had to wait 30 minutes. I did not let me know in advance. Customer service horrible do not recommend.

Worst sandwich ever. Completely soggy with oil, like it was fried too many times
