Great hole in the wall place that probably hasn't changed its vibe in a very long time. These are the places that make North Jersey stand out from other areas. I got the pork chop and it was so good. I can't wait to go back to try other dishes.

It's like going back in time. I was there years ago and it was the same .....in a good way. Just way too much food for a late lunch .....but that's not a bad thing!

Great food, great service, affordable drinks, tight parking and pricey, but the value is there
Parking: On a crowded night, you might have to walk a half a block to two blocks, but they do have their own parking lot

We love ❤️ Steve's, we have been coming her for 20+ years and it is always great. The atmosphere, the service and the Steaks.....with Mushrooms ?.......and hot cherry peppers ?......OMG. the prices have changed over the year, but it is a good steak that is always cooked right!

So here is how the experience went at this "steakhouse". Our food comes out. My husband orders the ribeye medium rare and it's well done. The waitress takes it back, leaves my food, and 15 minutes later comes back with another steak. My husband cuts into that one and it's purple inside and still cold. Now I am done eating and he has not eaten. The waitress takes it off the bill. We are leaving and ask the hostess to speak to a manager and told one is not there. I proceeded to call the next day and was told the manager would be in later that day. I called back that and they are still not there. I called twice more than two days and finally get the manager on the phone. He said the cook has been making steaks for 30 years and can't believe that the cook did that. He said he would leave our name by the front door and the next time we came in, we could have a discount. Maybe the manager needs to be in more and supervise the kitchen closer.
