it's taco bell so nothing really to say about the food...but the staff they hired here I have to say is really good so an extra point for that. place is also spotless which you dont see that often.
Came to the drive-through to order quesadilla and asked for hot sauce. Got the order and no hot sauce. How does one mess that up?

This is one of the best taco bells I have ever been too. Union NJ location is close number 2. The food is always amazing. I dunno how they do it. Every taco bell is different but the food is always consistent here. Shoutout to Management, staff and most importantly the cooks for keeping it consistent.

Purchased 8 hard shell taco. Ask for sauces received 6. All taco shell cracked in the middle,I can count the cheese on top which is 9 and some on the rest .
Drive through, no atmosphere. Food was ready quickly, but once I received it and drove to work, the crunchwrap supreme was no longer crunchy. It was more like a lukewarm, soggy blob, and the lettuce inside was wilted.

I've had several issues with this place regarding getting the wrong order or long waits.
I placed an online order but accidentally placed it at the wrong Taco Bell. The ladies at the front were all so helpful in trying to get me to cancel my order and when they were not successful they just made the order for me which was very nice. I took my order and once I got home I smelled beef in my order. I immediately took my order back so they can remake it. When I gave it to the lady (I think she was the manager) she started going through the bag to make sure I wasn’t lying. Then she proceeds to tell me that there’s no beef in my order. I showed her the big piece of meat that was right on top of the burrito where I placed it for her to see. Then she proceeded to playing with the meat in her hands and sniff it as if I was lying to her. Then she tells me “I knew the minuted I gave you your food that you were going to come back” you’ve been back a few times before. Yes you know me. Because I eat here all the time! But the fact you only know me because I bring things back is ridiculous! That means you guys aren’t doing your jobs right. No Taco Bell gives me free food. I pay for it and therefore want what I ordered instead of being told “ we only put one scoop of beans, 4 fingers of lettuce and 2 fingers of cheese” or “I knew you were going to come back” not saying that it’s their mistake. They definitely want you to spend your money for just a bare tortilla for sure! These places have got to get better. They got a 2 rating because the initial niceness but that went down fast! Try harder Taco Bell

This place is going to going out of business due to their bad service. I’ve gone here three times since they’ve opened and I won’t go back again. They’ve given me wrong orders twice and the most recent time I placed a mobile order, waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up only to be told to park and wait another 15 minutes. I’m sure they did not even notice my mobile order until I got there. I put in a complaint through Taco Bell and a checked their option for a follow up which I never received. Just sad.
