If I could put a 2.5 I would, in all honesty I like their bacon egg and cheese bagel, I’ve been ordering it at this store since 2021 and it isn’t bad and the pastry here isn’t bad too, that’s everything that’s good here. I never really liked the store all that much and wait is pretty long for a simple order even when there’s no line, and I just recently order their French Toast Special with Home Fries on Uber Eat, when I tell you it was baaaaaddd. 1. The description on uber eats said it comes with crispy bacon and an option to add taylor ham for 3.49, It didn’t come with the bacon just the taylor ham and worst the ham tasted like shit, 2. the scramble egg was basic no seasoning at all 3. the french toast was the worst french toast I ever had, it was just dry and sad to eat with no flavor at all 4. The home fries were actually so bad I couldn’t eat another after the 5th bite, no amount of ketchup or salt could fix it. At the end of the day, would I recommend this place, for their bagel, kindaaaa … , for their breakfast option, Noooooo

I am appalled at how they treated my coworker. We ordered bagels for delivery and they forgot one. My coworker called & the woman ADMITTED to forgetting the bagel and refused to get the bagel delivered to us. On top of that, Lori (the woman on the phone) was extremely rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed & we will not be ordering from here again.

The SLOWEST in Bergen County. When they get the order right, it’s decent. I order online and they send a notification saying the order is ready when it rarely is. The kids working there wear pajamas to work and stand in a clump ignoring customers. If you have to order from here, give yourself at least an hour. It takes them 20-30 minutes to make an egg sandwich, then an additional 15 minutes to actually make the sandwich before they hit the ready button, and then another 15 minutes to REALLY make the sandwich while you stand there waiting and they tell you they don’t know why you’re there because nobody hit the ready button. Then when you get the order home, it’s almost always wrong.

I wish I could give no stars. The workers are are immature and don't know anything about proper work ethic. They talk about other people they know in front of customers, making fun of others born deformity of walking on their toes and calling them a robot (girl with black hair and filipina girl). Anyone in that store could have had the same walk, been insecure about it and now they just made them more insecure. "For some children, toe walking is caused by a medical condition, which may include: A problem in the brain, such as cerebral palsy. A muscle or nerve disorder, such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy." All the girls do is sit on their phone and talk. My bagel is never toasted (just got a bagel and it wasn't even warm nor did it have lines of it being toasted. The CC was barely melted), my boyfriends omlette is never toasted and the cheese is never melted. This place sucks. Good for a plain bagel toasted with butter and thats being nice. I was going to apply for a part time job but I don't want to work with little girls. I have been working for a long time that I'd be the coworker they hated working with bc I'm not here to stand around and gossip. This is work, not a hang out.
Hopefully some mamanger that exists there reads this. Do better. Get some managemnt in your business.
HIRE SOME PPL WITH EXPEREINCE!!!! OR WORK ETHIC. There is no way all 20 something year olds should be running the place. The only good worker I've seen that actually works is the girl with the short pixie cut hair. She makes sure everyone is taken care of. And doesn't lolly gag.
UPDATE: my bagel was cold. I had went BACK bc my first bagel was deff not toasted. So I went back and told her to put it through tiwce. she put it through the toaster twice and it still wasn't toasted. I'll travel to North Arlington anyday to get a well toasted bagel.
Update a year later: STILL ABSOLUTELY TRASH.

Perfect gem of a bagel place. Had a scrumptious everything bagel that was as flavorful as the first time experiencing one. Delectable from top to bottom. Prices were reasonable.

Literally the most disgusting food I’ve had. I ordered a BLT on toasted everything bagel with chipotle mayo, it was sloppy and the bacon tasted old. My husband got a Philly cheesesteak and it was disgusting and microwaved old Meat. Will literally never order again.

I spent almost 5 bucks for a bagel with flavored cream cheese. Never in my life have I been given a bagel with little to no cream cheese. And this was the better half, I took 2 bites of the 1st half and tossed it. It's kinda ballsy to charge people that much and barely put anything on it. If it was the 1st time this happened I would t care so much, but it's become common these days. I'll go someplace else from now on.
