Really sadden to write this because I used to order from here often. My order (more than once) wrong, not sure if they care at all. I just disappointed, don't you just hated when you are really hungry and get the wrong order? it ruins your day!

Perfect gem of a bagel place. Had a scrumptious everything bagel that was as flavorful as the first time experiencing one. Also bought muffins to take home, and aside from a cute box to house them in, found these to be made in house, crispy up top, and moist down below. No need to hire Newman to clean these, Elaine... Delectable from top to bottom. Prices were reasonable.

Literally the most disgusting food I’ve had. I ordered a BLT on toasted everything bagel with chipotle mayo, it was sloppy and the bacon tasted old. My husband got a Philly cheesesteak and it was disgusting and microwaved old Meat. Will literally never order again.

I spent almost 5 bucks for a bagel with flavored cream cheese. Never in my life have I been given a bagel with little to no cream cheese. And this was the better half, I took 2 bites of the 1st half and tossed it. It's kinda ballsy to charge people that much and barely put anything on it. If it was the 1st time this happened I would t care so much, but it's become common these days. I'll go someplace else from now on.

I just love this place ! Every time my husband and I visit his dad we stop to get about 15 bagels and head back to Vermont. Margaret is amazing ! ( hope I got her name right ) ! She is always nice and friendly and jokes around ! This is about the 4 th time we have been in and she’s always consistent!! Love this place.And lastly , the bagels are outstanding!

Why is it so hard to give someone the right order :( I’ve come here a handful of times and 80% of the time they get my order wrong or give me something totally different and it’s not until I get home/start my drive that I see it’s wrong. Anytime I’ve called and told them they fixed it, but I don’t want to have to keep coming back every time I order from here. Other than this the staff in the front are really nice.

Incompetent staff cannot manage to ever follow proper order instructions. Always dissatisfied at this place I’m never coming back

They catered my husbands department event on New Years Day. Everything was fresh and delicious. I was surprised about how good the scrambled eggs were for a catered item. They were real eggs and perfectly cooked.We go to the Bagel store at least once a week, sandwiches are delicious. We also enjoy their cold brew coffee. I often use their website to order and just walk up to the window, quick and easy.In fact, we had to pick up a dozen bagels to bring out of state because our family requested them.Staff is always friendly and kind. Store has many options to choose from including muffins, crumb cake etc..
