I love a place that is constant!! Stopped by after 11 yrs and the cheese fries and chicken sandwich were to die for. Plus the employees were wonderful and Eric the owner was still so charming. I highly recommend you stop by and find out for yourself just how wonderful Burger Express is❤️
Eh it was ok. I was hungry. Husband hated it. But oh well. Drive thru slow but I get it. I worked in one. Food overpriced. Spicy chicken sandwich not saucy enough. Sauces should be free this is a crime

Dead atmosphere, big two level Resturant that doesn’t use the top floor. Food was meh and has gone down in quality over the years and prices of course have skyrocketed. Upon entering with NOT A SINGLE person in line mid day I waited 10 minutes to have my order taken, then after ordering waited 15 minutes for 1 cheeseburger. Unfortunate for a place that once was nice

The chicken sandwich is smaller than the original but the price is way higher..the melted cheese for the cheese fries use to be the best in the state, now it's taste fake and watery.

Terrible food, I tried to go twice and it turned out worse. A literally simple chicken sandwich, just bread, lettuce and chicken, they didn't put napkins or forks for the potatoes, terrible service and terrible food, I won't go back again.

* Chicken wrap had no flavor... It was bland * Grilled chicken sandwich was soggy * We had to use honey mustard sauce just to give it some flavor. * Step your game up * You gotta do better

I was at the drive-thru today at 7:48p was when they took my order and 8:04 I got my food with the place empty and 2 cars in front then I tell the spanish guy who turns out to be the manager and he didn’t care at all I told him how slow the service was and I was clearly pissed and he just said Thank you sarcastically.. He moves without a care in the world this is definitely the slowest drive through in the state. For the prices it’s ridiculous the amount of time taken. For 1 pulled chicken sandwich and cheese fries is $15.98 which is absurd for what you get.. Sad how this place fell apart over the years and the owners nor manager care anymore.. The price hikes and slower service makes this place not worth it even if you’re driving past this place. The reviews say it all. I been going to burger express for 25 yrs since it was by the turnpike entrance and not only are the sandwiches half the size of what they used to be, the prices sky rocketed, and now the managers don’t even care so why even bother going. They used to have a better staff, but now it seems like with sarcastic management and price hikes I wont be surprised if they close this place.. Food is simply not worth the price nor the wait. Needless to say I miss the old Burger Express where they actually cared about the customers experience.
