Let me just say the staff here is amazing. They put a smile on my face everytime I go there. Coffee and food is always on point...💯 Always spotless when I go inside. Keep being great...🍩☕️

Love my local Dunkin. Part of the magic and experience about Dunkin is that it’s basically a fortune telling for your day every day; is the same coffee that I get every day going to be good or bad? Crack, or creek? For the people who leave bad reviews complaining about inconsistency, get some whimsy in your life. Go to Starbucks then.
Love the staff, they are goofy and make my day a lil better. Btw, the girl w the eyebrow piercing is always so nice and sweet, and when she is there, the coffee is always crack. Just wanted to add that!

Very unfortunate that this is the only location in town. I order from this Dunkin because I work in town, my order never changes and each time I receive my coffee it’s made differently. Today was unacceptable. I get a black cold brew coffee with 4 pumps of caramel. I guess they either can’t count that well or just ran out of caramel when I order because this specific coffee just looks black with nothing. Officially boycotting this location.
I ordered a large ice coffee,
When I received my order I noticed the coffee didn’t look right.
I asked for it to be remade.
The cashier took the coffee cup into the back room to add more coffee so she says.
It was the worst coffee I ever tasted.
I had to ask over and over to please remake the coffee in front of me.
Eventually it was over by Noel,
He was kind and made the coffee as I requested.

The cashier , this young lady needs to be replaced from the cashier.
She doesn’t know how to make coffee and doesn’t follow instructions..
I was in the store for 30 minutes before she made fresh coffee..
And she still didn’t make it right.

I am now 36 years old this place was my first job on the books at the age of 14 because I spent so many prior years offering just to sweep up a little bit just to earn a doughnut today I decided to come take advantage of the six dollar meal. I pull up to the window did not get greeted not one bit other than with a snarky face and then when I proceeded to ask for catchup So I can fully attempt to enjoy my sandwich that I love ketchup on and my hashbrowns that I love ketchup on even more, I was then responded back with a question very rudely. There’s no catchup in the bag? First of all, I shouldn’t be asked that! I requested an item and I should’ve just been given it whether there was already ketchup in the bag or not this Dunkin’ Donuts has definitely gone downhill and it’s only because of the people that are Employees here. I miss the old crew so much. I don’t know why they would ever let go. You gotta spend money to make money and that includes spending on your employees also not countless remodels. And to answer your question with an honest review no, there was not ketchup in the bag which there should have been from the first place😉

Very long wait time and the lady preparing the order is very snow.
Worker dropped cups on the floor, picked them up and put them with clean cups. This was at 1:56 pm on 12/20/24. Indian descent with long ponytail.

Few girls inside have teamed up together and targeting customers. Every time (2) specific girls miss something in our order and on complaining to owner didn’t make any difference. Shame on you

I was surprised by how rude the lady at the drive thru was when I was making my order. Come to find out she said she was the store manager. And she told me that it was against company policy to remove the bacon from my order. The level of unprofessional behavior was a shock because I come there all the time and didn’t expect that from their manager. Hoping this was just a bad morning
