Long lines, slow service, & overpriced food is what you'll find here. This BK is a main attraction in the area and constantly has people going in and out of it. Unfortunately, the very small staff have a hard time keeping up with it all. You're guaranteed to wait a significant amount of time for your order, so keep that in mind as you head in. One line. One register. One worker. The tables and beverage area could' used a wipe down or two. This location does not have a drive-thru so you'll have to go inside. The food was meh and over priced. Two whopper meals ran me a little over $25! Search for coupons before visiting to help with cost. If I'm in the area and in the mood for BK I might stop in. I definitely would not go out of my way to dine here again.

What bad service from the manager Carla and Mrs. Maritza I made my order and Mrs. Maritza was cleaning and picking up trash when they called her to make the order she did not change or wash her hands she just put one glove on top of another they serve Food without hygiene measures I recommend not buying in this establishment that is located on Pomtom Av in Cedar Grove I call on the health authorities to review this establishment

Went here on May 12 around 8:30 pm some Indian kid named Dubias took my order and tried to charge me for sauce this is the ONLY burger king that does this and there ripping people off I put my phone on record and have the whole convo he said I'll give you 1 sauce for free you have to pay for other one when I ordered more then one meal. I asked for the manager because he was simply playing games while there was a long line behind me his response "I am manger" when he wasn't he was in regular employee dress code NOT the manager dress code then he denied to get the actual manager he tried to triple charge me for 2 sauces for 2 meals we argued back and forth I told him I had him on record he got scared and only charged me for one sauce then I left. It doesn't matter the price of the sauce it's the fact that THIS location is ripping people off. LAST TIME I EVER go to this location again and will NOT give a good review. The video is being sent to corporate.

It only took a few minutes to get ringed up and get my food at this Burger King located in Cedar Grove. There were plenty of seats vacant, I didn't feel cramped, and my food was warm. I especially loved the fries from my Impossible Whopper meal. The burger was great, too! It really tasted very close to, if not just like meat.Have you ever gone to a restaurant and the atmosphere was so jittery or so weird that it made you feel like you had to hurry up and eat your food or do take out? I felt very relaxed here. Plus, I didn't have to get buzzed in to use the bathroom.Parking: It was spacious enough to where you didn't have to hunt for a spot. I don't drive, so it didn't matter, but it still is something I notice most about a lot of restaurants

for starters I would give this place a -5 stars if possible. first thing they did was completely swap an impossible burger with a regular meat patty. then before we even realized. we went to get water and ask for some sauce packets. there was not a water option on their soda machine - baffling - then they tried to charge us for ketchup packets... we literally just spent over $20 on items and they didn't even provide a simple ketchup packet for our fries. then to wrap it all up my girlfriend overheard them say they swapped the burgers and they didn't even have the human decency to let us know. we had to walk up and show them the order number was wrong for them to correct it finally. this place is legit a piece of garbage and all the workers involved should be removed immediately. I never am one to write reviews but this is just unreal. avoid this place at all cost. there's another one 8 minutes away in west orange - way better
