I loved this place just the three of us for a birthday celebration The steamed clam appetizer was delicious we also ordered the coconut shrimp honestly it was not a favorite We felt that dish was over cooked a little dry and perhaps frozen for too long. I used to order steaks from this restaurant several times a week for years. That is until they removed all the 12-ounce steaks from their menu and started offering only 16-ounce steaks. That decision to stop offering the smaller steaks coincided with a drop in both the quality of the cuts and the taste of the steaks. In addition to costing more, the 16-ounce steaks are harder to cook thoroughly, and I’ve had to put a few of them in my own oven to cook them better before I could eat them. It’s too bad.

Second time at Delmonico and the food is delicious. Somewhat eclectic menu of steaks, Italian and asian dishes. I had a perfectly cooked NY Strip with garlic butter and a vegetable side. Good sized portions reasonably priced. It gets super busy on weekends so you may have to wait a bit for your orders. Staff is super friendly. Check it out.

We enjoyed the food very much. Vegetables were done perfectly. The steaks were excellent and cooked just right. The gentleman managing the place was helpful and attentive to our needs, including when we asked to have the music volume lowered. The silverware was a bit too much like what we used in my high school cafeteria. I'd appreciate something more substantial. Overall, is a nice neighborhood steakhouse with a full bar, excellent food and a relaxed ambiance.

DelMonico is one of our go-to restaurants. Always wonderful food, the staff is exceptional. Professional, very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is always decorated for the holidays and this weekend before Valentine's Day was no exception. From start to finish it was a perfect dining experience. We started sampling their cocktail menu in December, for the holidays. Those drinks were not something I would have thought to order, had the special menu not been offered. This weekend, we tried the Chocolate Covered Cherrytini. WOW. The flashback to having Cello Chocolate Covered Cherries was a welcome treat! Very tasty and worth trying if you are so inclined. Thanks for another special evening.

We chose DelMonico because of the "good" reviews. It was close to home. They served oysters and steamed clams...two of our favorites. For a higher priced restaurant, I thought we would be greeted better. We went early, so most of the tables were available. When I booked the reservation, I stated it was for a birthday and would like a real nice table. The greeter said you can sit where you want. I thought they would have a special table just for us and wish me a Happy Birthday. Why ask these questions on OpenTable if the restaurants don't read the requests. So, we sat at one of the two booths. The waitress was very nice, very efficient and accommodating. My Husband ordered the $50.00 steak special; it was full of gristle. My husband doesn't complain, but he was not happy. Also, they charge an extra 3% on the bill if you put the cost on your charge card. I'm sorry to say we were disappointed... I'm sorry to say based on this experience I would not recommend DelMonico's.

I love Delmonico’s! The food is amazing. This time I ordered the swordfish dumplings and I couldn’t eat them- they were too fishy, but they removed them from the bill- I was grateful. My entree was amazing, I love the cream spinach and banana foster for dessert (I recommend).I do wish they would remove those cheap plastic Hawaiian leis they have hanging from the ceiling. They are tacky. Are they air fresheners? It used to be so classically beautiful inside. That’s why I have atmosphere a 2.

Brandon - the owner, is front and center and unbelievably attentive. This transcends to his staff and the make sure all is well with the patrons. Food was excellent and a very good value for the price. Also the inside was well-decorated for Christmas and the vibe was happy and joyous.
Our dinner was great. Ordered a lemon drop martini, amazing sugar rimmed glass. Apps calamari, delicious crab cakes, clam oreg. Wonderful service. Decorated beautifully for the holidays. Dinner did not disappoint. I had rib eye cooked perfectly, ordered mushrooms and baked potato. My friend had the lamb chops with crabmeat. Bone licking good. Waitress was very attentive. Checked on us all meal long. Did not rush us and host came by a few times to check. We will definitely be back. Checked all the boxes for a great night out with amazing food, service and atmosphere.

The DelMonico streak was great. The pasta bolognese was spot on as well! The ambience was nice with the holiday spirit in mind. Brandon and all staff were friendly and attentive. We will go back for sure.
Fantastic service, everyone was very friendly and checked on us multiple times! And very festive holiday decor, we loved the ambiance. The food was good, I was hoping for great with these prices, but my husband's steak was not great. I had chicken Marsala and that was good! I think we would give it another chance because of the atmosphere and the service. Maybe next time we would check out the bar and the apps.

We had the sampler appetizer and it was absolutely delicious. By the time the main course came out, we were so stuff. The steaks with all its sides were fantastic. We will continue to enjoy the left overs in the next few days. We plan to come back and try their desserts!
