Missing part of my order. The online option for resolution did not include an offer for a refund, which is unbelievable considering I did not receive items I paid for. I am trying to resolve this with the store and will update this review if the store is able to correct the issue.

I call 4 times nobody pick the phone i wait 4 min in the ine call i called again and they answer the lady at the beginning she was nice the when she told me total i didn’t complain or anything i said im gonna paid with cash exactly she was Forcing me to give ger my credit card amd when i said no because im gonna pay with cash exactly she give me “ i trust you but im not gonna take orders from you again “ i never had problems ordering anything always on i had the cash i talk before to the other guy hr told the same that if i got cash exactly no problem but you never say to the customer im not gonna take your order again i didn’t say anything i was very polite i don’t complain usually never Actually i hope they gonna understand and change some stuff bcs the store is going down on the road . 😕😒

Although the manager was running the establishment by herself she remained calm and polite even though it was very demanding to make orders for in store and online delivery as well as watch the ovens. Ms. Sandrine politely asked me to wait and calmly explained the need for a wait. She did an amazing job multitasking.

Wonderful experince. Great service. We actually went to NewYork to experience 4th of July Fire works. While we are returning in the middle of the night at 1 AM we stopped near by Domino's. The service was great even in the mid night. Its calm and chef prepared pizza just infornt of us. We ordered Veg Pizza Manager's special and Mac and Cheese. Pizza was amazing. I can say its the best in entire USA dominos. Its well baked with perfect cheese and toppings as we ordered. For this managers special we can choose 5 toppings for reasonable price. We ordered well baked garlic parmessian pizza with mushrooms, pineapple, onions and jalapenos as toppings. Mac and cheese is also hot, delicious, creamy, cheesy. Ambience was great. Place is clean, well hygienic and spotless. Dont know which staff will be there during day time but if you are craving pizza at night, this place is must visit. Every bite of pizza is heavenly classic. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DURING NIGHT HOURS.

Had a ordered delivered and the delivery fee was $6.75 . Come on. That doesn't even go to the driver. I guess if, big if, I order from there again, I'll be picking it up. I almost spent the same on tip and delivery than the pizza itself.

I wish I check there google review before ordering as I can see my review isnt going to mattter based on the 2.7 stars lol. My food was sitting at the store for a hour before it left and then they took multiple stops before taking another 30 minutes leaving me with cold food.

I had domino s pizza delivery it was one best brownie desert outstanding when I build my owne pizza I get taste I like . From Cedar Grove gotta try it at least one more time definitely deserves second chance Build your owned taste really turns tables around just enough prepared to my liking . Not bad definitely gotta try it at least once say I told you so .
Compared to pizza hut the service is great, never had a wrong order at this location and always consistent flavor.

My experience with this new manager "Jose" has been awful. I'm confused as to why a manager would refuse to give me a refund and fix a mistake that he made. I called to place an order, told him the coupon I wanted, and he was rushing the whole conversation. I had to stop him from rushing me off the phone just to tell him what flavor soda I wanted. The delivery driver handed me the wrong order. When I called back to complain the new manager Jose said we can keep the order or get a new one sent. The food had ingredients that some people were allergic to, or we would've happily kept the food. When we said we will wait he said just give back the incorrect food to the driver. The driver called me and I told him to come to the back door since it's a two family house. He never came. We called the restaurant back to complain and we just wanted our money back at that point. Jose said he needs to ask us questions before he can do so. When I told him our address, he said we'll that's not what was said when the order was placed. He said my driver left the food outside so go look for your food at your neighbors house.That is ABSOULTEY OUTRAGEOUS. Not ONCE did he even apologies for the mix up. I come from the food industry and NEVER EVER have I heard someone say something so rude to someone. First thing I was thinking is, why is your driver leaving food outside in the middle of winter? I didn't request you to drop the order off or I'd understand. Secondly, you guys made a mistake and you just drop food off at doors instead of personally handing it to apologies? That's your way of saying sorry??? In the end Jose the manager said the only way we can get a refund is to report this to our bank. So it looks like now i will have to report this to my bank to receive my money back for an order I NEVER received. This place use to be so nice. Great staff and let me tell you this is the first time I've dealt with Jose the manager and I'm absolutely not coming back. Hopefully you guys can find an actual manager before you guys end up shutting down.Just looking at reviews, looks like your management is the issue.Hope whoever is reading this shares your experience as well. Maybe someone who works there will finally realize something needs to change.

This location use to be so reliable and have fantastic customer service . I'm assuming the manager Jose has something to do my experience at this location being so bad that I will no longer be coming here. Not only did the MANAGER take down the wrong address, but he refused to refund me money for food I never received. The wrong order was given to me personally. We called the store back and Jose gave us two option. 1, either keep the food or 2, we swap the food. We couldn't keep the order due to food allergies. Jose said we just have to give the food back and they will send another order out. The driver called me when they were outside and I told them to come to the back door. After waiting outside for a while I called the restaurant where Jose picked up. We informed him about the situation. He said he needs to ask some questions. When I said the address he said "Well that's not what you said when you order. Customer service is unacceptable. they ruined my order and told me that they would give me a free pizza whenever i called again. called again 2 weeks later and the manager acted like the conversation never happened. was very rude and was clearly lying to me about the situation. I would never eat here again!
