VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES.they made my order wrong and i asked them to correct it..but they refused.then i asked them to give my money back and their names for complaint.he said if you will complaint we won`t do refund.dunkin company should be more selective choosing their franchisee and employees

I had two iced americanos with a friend. It was the worst coffee I've ever had from Dunkin'. I even had a shot of espresso. The coffee tasted awful, like it was all water and cream. You have to work really hard to make coffee that bad. Also, if you're a business owner, you have to smile at your customers. I don't have to see your face when I'm shopping. If you can't do this job, you can leave it to someone who can. Both the coffee and the staff's customer service are bad.

I had two iced americano with a friend. Worst coffee I had from Dunkin’. Even I had an extra shot of espresso. The coffee tasted awful as if its all water and cream. You need to try hard to make a coffee as awful as this.

Get the same order at any other Dunkin, it’s great! This one misses the mark everytime. They cheap out on their coffee and water it down at this location. One time it was almost clear with a hint of brown. This time I got iced and even asked for less ice to account for the fact that they water their coffee down, and it was still watered down. It tastes like nothing. Go down the block to the little falls location, they are much better and don’t cheap out !!!

Very nice service and quality, but the wait time for drinks are very long. Also no drive though, so you are forced to go inside with the huge amount of costumers already waiting.

This location has many bad reviews but I’ve not experienced such. I typically walk in and order and every time the staff has always been friendly and polite. I ordered ahead once and my order was ready as expected. I like the people and I like the way they make my lattes.
