Says curbside pickup on the app but they never bring it out no matter what time of the day it is very disappointing and when I raised the concern multiple times they say we’re busy we can’t bring it !

They scammed me and overcharged me. I ordered an iced coffee with extra caramel and they charged me $6.15 on top of the coffee charge of $4.19. When I confronted him about it he said yea an extra pump of CARAMEL is 6 dollars and refused to give me my money back until I really put up an argument with him.

Very polite staff and quick service! They greet frequent customers by name. Parking lot is a little difficult to manuever but the Dunkin Donuts itself is great.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES.they made my order wrong and i asked them to correct it..but they refused.then i asked them to give my money back and their names for complaint.he said if you will complaint we won`t do refund.dunkin company should be more selective choosing their franchisee and employees

I had two iced americanos with a friend. It was the worst coffee I've ever had from Dunkin'. I even had a shot of espresso. The coffee tasted awful, like it was all water and cream. You have to work really hard to make coffee that bad. Also, if you're a business owner, you have to smile at your customers. I don't have to see your face when I'm shopping. If you can't do this job, you can leave it to someone who can. Both the coffee and the staff's customer service are bad.
