Very nice service and quality, but the wait time for drinks are very long. Also no drive though, so you are forced to go inside with the huge amount of costumers already waiting.

This location has many bad reviews but I’ve not experienced such. I typically walk in and order and every time the staff has always been friendly and polite. I ordered ahead once and my order was ready as expected. I like the people and I like the way they make my lattes.

I ordered a drink and a sandwich. Three kids were behind the register. ONE OLD LADY and the OTHER GUY who’s been there for the longest we’re making the sandwiches. THEY LITERALLY WALKED AWAY AND WENT TO THE BACK DOING NOTHING. I WAS WAITING 15 MINUTES UNTIL ONE OF THE YOUNGER NEW EMPLOYEES REALIZED NOBODY WAS MAKING MY SANDWICH.THOSE OLDER EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE REPLACED. VERY LAZY AND IF THEY RECOGNIZE YOU AND THEY DONT LIKE YOU THEYLL SKIP YOU. MAYBE BECAUSE IM AFRICAN AMERICAN?

Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Beware of the disgruntled employees filling your HOT drinks brim full! As I was walking out the store it spilled all over my hand causing redness on my fingers. Don't even bother doing mobile orders either. You order it 30 minutes before. When you get there it's still not ready. Go elsewhere.
