Food was ok and people watching was elite. Cant for the life of me understand how this place of all places didn’t use espresso in their espresso martini?! You can get a nespresso for $70 at target yet they choose to use cold brew concentrate???? Service was kinda bizarre, forgot a bunch of things — why not just write stuff down if you’re forgetful.

I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff was inattentive, and when customers arrive, they should be greeted and treated with respect. No one checked on us during the meal to see if we needed anything. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I Had dinner ordered the Halibut it was delicious and the service was top notch. For dessert we had the bread pudding it was excellent.stephine is great always very accommodating.

My wife and I walked into LuNello’s at 5:30pm hoping to enjoy a nice dinner date. The restaurant was completely empty, with many tables available. We were greeted by an older woman with glasses and a strong accent, who asked if we had a reservation. We politely said no.
She looked me up and down, checked her computer, and then told us they had no tables because “people are coming,” despite the restaurant being empty at the time. We even asked if we could sit at one of the open tables and were told no.
As first-time visitors, this felt unwelcoming and disappointing. We assumed 5:30pm would be early enough for a walk-in, especially given the number of open tables. Unfortunately, we left without dining.

full disclosure; for the past 5 years I have never been a fan. I always felt it was over rated and over priced. I know people love this place but I never got it. Tonight I had the pork chop with a side of pasta with Bolognese sauce and it was excellent, really enjoyed the meal. The service is always the best and always good looking women. Had a really nice evening.
