Service was great, and the food was great. Plenty of parking. Getting scarce is a true diners like this, so I really appreciate it. Thanks for being here!

Great matzo ball soup, not so good Charley Daniels chicken and ribs. The soup was very fresh and tasty. The ribs were pretty good, but the sweet potato fries were soggy because they were provided next to the Charley Daniels sauce. The chicken was slightly overcooked. I will get the full rack next time, and with a side that is not French fries.

The owner (Mr. Besas) yelled at my daughter because she threw up her food because it was so bad. We also found a mouse under the table. There was hair in the pancakes and I think I saw some toenails in the salad. I strongly suggest you NEVER go to the Pilgrim Diner.

A disturbingly large selection of dishes. Few vegetarian items. What I ordered was fresh and tasty. Waiter service was very good. Professional and nice.
Good pastries with a large selection.
Convenient parking.

Saturday morning brunch - atmosphere is peaceful (ambience is actually quite classy!), service was attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious (good value!). The place was very clean (and the bathrooms were clean too!). There is convenient parking. It was my little sons’s birthday and they gave him a cupcake on the house - what a lovely gesture! Will start coming here more often instead of other diners because of this thoughtful birthday gift gesture! Will tell everyone I know to come here!!!

It's a diner, so the atmosphere isn't anything special. But, we had a large group (12 of us including 4 young children) and the server was fantastic! She was very patient as well as light-hearted and she got all the orders right. The food was good and the experience was enjoyable. So, I will definitely go back.

This place is going downhill. Their stuff is not fresh. I ordered the chicken flautas and They were drier than the desert. The drinks were fine. My dessert tasted stale. Not coming back here something is off. Do not recommend.

Food tonight was mediocre at best. However the server Karen was horrific, she started out with “I’m so tired” and that was after we were seated for 15 minutes. It didn’t matter what I asked for, it was obvious she couldn’t be bothered. Then when the food finally arrived I questioned why we couldn’t substitute fries for more salad bc during the day it’s not a problem - her response was “i’ve been working here for over 20 years and the kitchen has no respect for me”… don’t think I’ll be returning after lunch hours - it’s a completely different experience

I placed an order from Pilgrim Diner through Uber Eats, which consisted of one cheeseburger and a drink. I received my burger, which took about 45 minutes to arrive. I took bites into the burger twice. I noticed that bread was extremely stale.
I work less than a mile away, so I proceeded to visit the Diner and return the burger and ask for a redo however, after I’m assuming a manager or owner touched the burger with his bare hands, looking for what I described.
He agreed to replace my order.
10 minutes later, he comes out with a burger that looks fresh .? I said, “thank you” and left. As I got into my car, I decided to look at the burger and noticed that it was the same burger that I had took two bites out of and they restored it with fresh bread, tomatoes lettuce. I’m assuming they put a burger that was half eaten onto a fresh grill.
What?!!
Totally disgusted !!
