My wife and I have eaten at this particular IHOP for a number of years and watched the quality of their service decline over the years. Most recent experience was yesterday on 2025 Veteran's Day. It Was Not Busy at 1:45 pm. when I arrived. 1.) It was very cold in the restaurant. 2.) The waitress was young, inexperienced, and didn't speak ENGLISH well at all. 3.) I ordered my pancakes without toppings and it came loaded with them! 4.) I was given a pot of coffee that had less than a cold cup in it. 5.) I was not given any silverware and had to ask twice for the set. 6.) And, my meal came out tepid at best with my hashbrowns being overly crisppy and tasteless. And my sausage burned on one side. I was hungry, and though I received the meal for free, I did not complain - THIS time. I DID LEAVE a good tip though it was totally undeserved. If a restaurant is going to have young people serve, make sure they Speak ENGLISH and they know their job. Unfortunately, this most recent, as well as past visits, have made us consider other restaurant choices next time.

Came at 10:20 and I checked before I left what time they closed and it said 12:00 am. I drove up there and it was closed and the sign said 12:00am. So I am confused and you will never see my presence at any ihop ever again!
