We've lived in the area for about six months and finally decided to try this location for takeout. There was some type of glitch in their system so while the order didn't show up, they charged my credit card for the food. They said they would just enter the order manually, when I went to pick it up, they wanted me to pay for it yet again. The manager was indignant and said I would have to deal with someone at IHOP corporate to get a refund, but I would have to pay to take the food out even though I showed them the charge on my American Express app. They in no way tried to resolve the issue Other than say effectively F-you pay me. With a Turning Point and First Watch, both which have excellent quality and customer service, within five minutes of this iHop location, we won't be returning, ever. Mind you, this order that they were so afraid of was for a single stack of pancakes, under a $10 purchase and they lost a customer for life because of the way they handled it.
