Sankalp - The Taste of India

Ordered special military Dosa, tomato onion uttapam, Schezwan Dosa,golden crisp Dosa, none of it was good except the crisp Dosa because this is just a Dosa with no stuffing. The other Dosa were too spicy and oily and the same stuffing for both dosas except the colour. The uttapam was just a plain one. The CHUTNEY AND SAMBAR WAS REALLY WORST. They served us some white water saying that it's chutney, when we asked them about it, the reply was it's liquid chutney but it's just coloured water. The consistency was so bad, never expected that type of chutney. Also not sure why they encourage us to pay by cash and charge 4% surcharge if paid by Debit/credit cards. Pls make sure that u carry enough cash with u to avoid the surcharge.

Came here for a late lunch with family and were disappointed with the food and service .

We ordered Hakka Noodles , Chilli Chicken, Traditional Dosa and Mysore Masala Dosa.

The Hakka noodles was good but rest were below average.

Mysore dosa was burnt , traditional dosa lacked flavors , Sambar was good but the chutney had turned sour .

Experience turned bad when we finished food and it turned 3 and the guy asked us to vacate saying they are closed . Wow ! And the fact that there was another couple eating too.

Don’t recommend and won’t be coming ever again.

Don’t trust the reviews, the food is not good at all. We ordered spring dosa and mysore masala dosa. The vegetables in spring dosa were not properly cooked and there was no masala in the mysore masala dosa

The food was not fresh. The taste was just sub par and not the quality that you would expect from Sankalp. The masala for Dosa was not fresh, the veggies on the Spring Dosa were not sauted and there was barely any maysore chutney on the Maysore masala dosa. The chutneys and sambar tasted as if they were made from instant food make packets. I've tried Sankalp from different places but this is just awful. Would not recommend it at all. Go to A to B instead (just a 10min drive).

Not at all as expected. Dosa and sambhar was okay. Coconut ? chatny was not as per standard. One time is okay not good for visit again ?

I recently visited Sankalp with friends and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered Mysore Masala Dosa and Idli Vada, but it took a long time for the food to arrive. When it finally did, the order was incorrect we got idli with medu vada instead of what we asked for.

To make matters worse, the Mysore Masala Dosa lacked the essential Mysore chutney, and the masala filling tasted stale with uncooked veggies. This definitely wasn’t the fresh, flavorful South Indian food we were expecting. Overall, the service was slow, and the quality of the food was well below par. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
