These two owners of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. I work for a company that sold them an espresso machine, and was kind enough to extend payment terms. They agreed, received the machine then stopped paying for coffee AND the machine.When we came to try and retrieve it so they could wipe the payables off their books, they stood in a threatening manner toward my coworker... to which he just left to avoid the conflict.They drive around in a luxury SUV pretending. They should sell their luxury SUV and pay their bills to other small local businesses.The great town of Chatham should not support a restaurant that operates like this.... since this post, they've called threatening me to remove this post.

Not the best experience on my first try but I think that was due to the delivery service since it took over an hour to get delivered and it's only a few miles away. I will give Cafe Roma another shot since I love Italian food and think it will be worth it!

We absolutely love this Italian restaurant! We have been patrons of John and Nino for at least 20 years now. Their food is the best ! They make you feel like family. We have our favorite dishes but over the years have tried alot on the menu and have never been disappointe . I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The food is amazing and so is the staff. The staff is very friendly especially the owner. Id definitely recommend their pastas and chicken entrees.

We had a 7 PM reservation and issues to finally get seated. But, once we were seated, everything was super. Pam had a beet and arugula salad with pear that was super, while I had a caesar salad. She had an entree of sea bass with spinach, while I had Osso Buco. Both salads and entrees were superb. The food was good, the timing was good (after being seated), and the experience was really nice.

First time going to Cafe Roma. We used to go to Fiore's in Morristown so we were familiar with the quality of the food since this restaurant has the same owner. Food was delicious and service was good and consistent. We had the Calamari special, clams, Veal alla Casa and Gamberi Scampi. All were great. Not sure why there are some negative comments about this place but we will be returning.
Went to Cafe Roma for the first time on Valentine's Day the food was wonderful. We will be back.
