The bagels are fantastic but on weekends the wait is too long and the staff doesn't hustle quickly enough, they are ambling along. It's frustrating and I won't be coming here again

Prices charge are not the prices that they post on the menu. Plus they charge a credit card fee which is also not posted anywhere. The food was mediocre at best. I had a a buffalo chicken wrap.

Their racist, I walked into the store, and from the moment I walked in the guy at the cashier looked hesitant to take my order. His friend has to tell him to take my order. I ask for a bacon egg and cheese toasted, and a lox bagel no tomato.
Not only was my bagel not toasted, but they left a big fat tomato in my lox bagel. If you have any kind of seasoning, don't get it

Destroyed my daughter’s bat mitzvah kiddish. Showed up 45 minutes late leaving a 100 people hungry and the family desperate. I don’t think they would have shown up at all if I didn’t call them all day after paying them up front weeks in advance. Avoid like the plaque

Walked in and the place was very dirty,other customers already disappointed,and made us wait over 15 minutes. The bagels some how came out burnt and undercooked at the same time. Never coming back here again. Very disappointed :(

Bagels were fantastic! Just as you’d expect a bagel to be in the tri-state area. Plenty of cream cheese and respected the smear. BEC on a bagel was fantastic! Staff was friendly and order was completed as ordered. While no tables inside there are a few outside to sit and eat. Thank you for a great experience!!

Take out bagel and breakfast sandwiches. We always grab a dozen bagels when we visit the Chatham area. Sunday mornings are busy but they keep the line moving!
Parking: Plenty of free street parking in the mornings.
Kid-friendliness: They have rainbow bagels!
