I went to dinner with my husband and parents, dinner was delicious but the service here is terrible. I ordered a salad and the special they brought out soup even though i said the type of salad. I also asked for a bottle of wine to be opened multiple times and after at least 30 minutes they said they were out of the appetizer my father had ordered. People who sat after us got fed first. I would not recommend because we felt forgotten about and like we did not matter as people dining there which is a shame because it’s nice restaurant and BYO so would be a choice for dinner date . The service ruined the whole experience and we all agreed we were not taken care of properly.

The food here is absolutely delicious! It would really enhance the experience to have a hostess at the front to warmly welcome guests.

Absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor and made with care. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauces were rich and authentic. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
If you’re craving real Italian food, this place is a must-try. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I don't understand how people rate here more than a 3 out of 5. All the food we had were tasteless. As an Italian restaurant I would expect the tomato sauce to be good, which was too acidic in taste. We ordered pasta, which is an Italian specialty, and both the raviolis and papardelle were terrible. Papardelle was not even that product, to me it was more like fettucine, which was overcooked. You could still smell and taste the soil on mushrooms, the fried calamari was full of so-many-times-used oil. The bread and oil that they bring as a starter was very ordinary, even the bread was not fresh. The personnel was trying to take your plates away even before you finish eating. I will probably not give this place a 2nd chance.

Great restaurant for an event! We hosted a lunch for ~35 to celebrate our daughter's christening, and Sam made the experience stress-free and wonderful from the moment we reached out about availability until we finished up the party. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is lovely, and Sam and his team are a pleasure to work with. We'll be back for future events (and of course lunches and dinners in between).

My family had a bridal shower here this weekend and it was perfect. The food was great and the staff of the restaurant was both friendly and helpful. I would recommend D’oro to anyone looking to host an event. Sammy attended to all of our party needs. So happy to support Chatham’s local businesses.

While our party of 7 were seated promptly on a not too busy night only 6 of our main entrees came from the kitchen, which apparently forgot the fish entree. On complaining for the non receipt of the entree the kitchen apparently had to use a frozen piece of fish over cooked by burning it and delivered 10-15 minutes after everyone just waited for the final entree. The owner/ manager did not so much offer coffee or deserts for their error. We will never return after such poor service with no real apologies. My guest ate her fish inspite of its deplorable condition so as not to embarrass the host. With both of us being in the restaurant business for 30 plus years the owner failed miserably from their error to satisfy a customer. Nick from Philadelphia

Food was great. Pasta is fresh but not homemade. The specials were really worth. They don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own.
