Don't hope for much if you want hot coffee at an off time like 4 or 5pm. They have it stored in a thermos and you get it at warm but not hot temperature. They love it, so they don't waste anything.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ in Chatham. I ordered a Black Cold Brew with no milk and no ice, and the cashier was rude, repeatedly asking me the same question and then telling me there would be an extra $0.50 charge for no ice — something I’ve never been charged for at any other location and that is not listed anywhere on the menu. To make it worse, she entered the extra charge as if I had purchased a “munchkin,” which I never received. This alone makes no sense — why would I be charged $0.50 for not adding ice, and have it rung up as a completely different item? I’ve also heard from others that the staff here can be rude, and unfortunately I experienced it myself today. For example, a friend once asked for a tap water and was charged $1, even though it’s supposed to be free by law, and the cashier refused to give it to her. Sadly, today confirmed that the service at this location leaves a lot to be desired.

This Dunkin' location is one of the good ones. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was clean, and the donut selection was amazing, with plenty of options available. The sitting area was spotless, and there was plenty of parking available in the back.

I get my latte's every day of week (btw every time I order the costomer service is sub par awful and no etique) and when I say thank you I'm looking at blank stares but it's the closest D&D near my job. I decided last week I wanted hot coffee with vanilla flavor cream . I asked if there is suger or should I add suger to the order? I wasn't sure instead the two ladies there that are always there began to speak Hindi Indian about me. I've worked with a good amount of ethnic friends to know your taking about me especially repeating vanilla and laughing while looking at me😐.I spoke in English that it's obvious your speaking about me and I'll never come to this D&D again! Unfortunately your paying 5 dollars and more for coffee and food almost every other day and it left me with a sour distate for the lot of it. Never again! I rather go to Starbucks at least they're nicer 😅

Thankfully I was able to convey Gluten intolerance and the eggs weee prepared pristinely with fresh gloves and not touching bread! Very relieved and happy thanks to Dunkin team! Cozy atmosphere and really enjoyed our visit.
this lady was very rude!!!! rushed me the whole time i was trying to order, didn’t listen that i wanted to use my rewards because she was too busy rushing me. i was asking for her name and she wouldn’t tell me. on top of that, she touched my donut with her bare dirty hands. disgusting!

I paid for my order with cash. The same lady that took my money didn't change into a new pair of gloves and prepared my sandwiches and other food items with the same gloves she received the cash. That's not sanitary and I could get sick.

Any time I’ve gone to this Dunkin, the same woman has served me and every time has been extremely unpleasant. I order the same thing, a black iced coffee no ice. The first time she yelled at me after she handed me the wrong order, saying I didn’t ask for no cream / for it to be black. The second time she said my card was declining, I called my bank and they told me they didn’t even see an attempted transaction. The most recent time I noticed I was charged for a “munchkin” even though I didn’t order one- and got my usual no ice black coffee. She very nasty said to me there was a fee for not having ice. I went to another Dunkin ordered the same thing and wasn’t charged extra.I love Dunkin and try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this woman needs to be less rude.

We saw last weeks Superbowl DunKings commercial and this was our 1st Dunkin’ stop since then. The ad definitely gets your attention with JLo and Ben Affleck’s boy band of Tom Brady, Jack Harlow, Fat Joe & Matt Damon! Being a New Englander this was everything expected of a Dunkin’ stop/shop and maybe of the TV drop too! ?Our favorite has always been the munchkins, it satiates our donut cravings in small bites? and goes without saying, their Coffee too☕️??
