Don't hope for much if you want hot coffee at an off time like 4 or 5pm. They have it stored in a thermos and you get it at warm but not hot temperature. They love it, so they don't waste anything.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ in Chatham. I ordered a Black Cold Brew with no milk and no ice, and the cashier was rude, repeatedly asking me the same question and then telling me there would be an extra $0.50 charge for no ice — something I’ve never been charged for at any other location and that is not listed anywhere on the menu. To make it worse, she entered the extra charge as if I had purchased a “munchkin,” which I never received. This alone makes no sense — why would I be charged $0.50 for not adding ice, and have it rung up as a completely different item? I’ve also heard from others that the staff here can be rude, and unfortunately I experienced it myself today. For example, a friend once asked for a tap water and was charged $1, even though it’s supposed to be free by law, and the cashier refused to give it to her. Sadly, today confirmed that the service at this location leaves a lot to be desired.

This Dunkin' location is one of the good ones. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was clean, and the donut selection was amazing, with plenty of options available. The sitting area was spotless, and there was plenty of parking available in the back.

I get my latte's every day of week (btw every time I order the costomer service is sub par awful and no etique) and when I say thank you I'm looking at blank stares but it's the closest D&D near my job. I decided last week I wanted hot coffee with vanilla flavor cream . I asked if there is suger or should I add suger to the order? I wasn't sure instead the two ladies there that are always there began to speak Hindi Indian about me. I've worked with a good amount of ethnic friends to know your taking about me especially repeating vanilla and laughing while looking at me😐.I spoke in English that it's obvious your speaking about me and I'll never come to this D&D again! Unfortunately your paying 5 dollars and more for coffee and food almost every other day and it left me with a sour distate for the lot of it. Never again! I rather go to Starbucks at least they're nicer 😅
Thankfully I was able to convey Gluten intolerance and the eggs weee prepared pristinely with fresh gloves and not touching bread! Very relieved and happy thanks to Dunkin team! Cozy atmosphere and really enjoyed our visit.

this lady was very rude!!!! rushed me the whole time i was trying to order, didn’t listen that i wanted to use my rewards because she was too busy rushing me. i was asking for her name and she wouldn’t tell me. on top of that, she touched my donut with her bare dirty hands. disgusting!
